I’ve gone here to get my nails done a couple of times now , my nails look so good every time and the staff are very skill full.Would recommend.

I’ve been to Queen’s Nails a few times now and every visit has been perfect! The salon is always clean and tidy, the service is super friendly, and my nails always turn out amazing. Ben absolutely nails it (pun intended) every time he brings all my design ideas to life and is always happy to make any tweaks I ask for. I couldn’t recommend Queen’s Nails enough!
I originally accompanied my sister getting her manicure/ pedicure done before her trip away. She then invited me to get my nails "Did". The last time i had my nails done was so long ago that this was a gift and a new experience. I had an awesome time and an the nail technician was on point.I recommend this business, they friendly and welcoming.
I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday to get SNS and wow! I’m so impressed by the service. Louis did not rush my nails at all and paid attention to what I wanted. Very happy with the service and I definitely recommend it.
My mother and I got a manicure and pedicure here. The staff was very kind, great customer service. I love my nails.
So I went made an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure at this salon in advance. Two hours before I went in I confirmed that the appointment was for a mani and pedi. Unfortunately when I went there after the pedicure they refused to do my manicure as they said they were closing and when I told the guy I spoke with that you had confirmed it he told me to my face I was lying in front of other customers! Nevertheless In my mind I justified it as maybe a language barrier and a misunderstanding. Therefore I went back the next day to get my manicure and unfortunately my experience was disastrous! I came in with more nail than I walked out with! The over all process took over two hours resulting in me missing my hairdressers appointment. It was so bad so that the guy (Luey) doing my nails couldn’t even file the nail!! They were being filed in all different directions.. some pointy and some round, some square and some diagonal! He would then further file to make it better in the end I was left with no nails and then he started applying acrylic powder to try to comer up the mistakes and give it a false impression of nails! I felt so upset especially as I am travelling today (this happened last night) and I don’t have time to go elsewhere to get them rectified! I was literally on the verge of tears and the customer service did not help! Overall I would not recommend unless you want to waste your money. It’s not exactly cheap and no one should be subjected to this kind of service whereby even apologising for their mistake is too much for them. I’m not looking for an apology but atleast it would have shown some consideration!
Just been today I had 40 pounds on me and he did a beautiful design gel nails very talented he is nice manners friendly staff
