My wife has her nails done here. They are really good with loads of clever designs. She's very happy with the results and says how good the quality and experience is.
I just got my nails done from these guys. They were done by Harry! Im quite happy as they look very similar to the reference picture i showed him! I'd like to specially mention the manager, i think his name was Quoc , he was extremely kind and warm. Since it was my first time I didnt know alot of it but his warm energy helped calm my nerves!
Great nail salon! The service was excellent and I didn’t have to wait long. It’s definitely one of the best nail salons in the area, and I’d recommend it to anyone
Have been going here for years and love my nails everytime x I recently started taking my nan there and they take great care of her when I cannot go with her . Highly recommend
Really good salon, wait time was quite long but it's not their fault and to be expected this time of year. Really nice and friendly, they 100% know what they are doing
Had acrylic nails and colour. Colour wore off after 4 days so I called the salon and was told I should have asked for a gel and it wouldn’t have worn off but I wasn’t given that option and don’t often get my nails done. Poor customer service so won’t bother going back here.
I had an amazing experience today and my nails were done exactly how i wanted them and they turned out great though i should have booked because i had to wait quite a while as it was busy but it was so worth it
Love this nail bar. They're always super busy but not surprised as my nails are always excellent. Be prepared to wait a while, even with an appointment. But the wait is worth it. My nails always last a good 3 to 4 weeks and any problems the staff are happy to help. Would highly recommend
I went there even though the ratings were low. I wouldn't visit again. It just felt all rushed. The people working didn't feel too welcoming. And if u decide to pay by card then pay an extra pound. Additionally, my gel paint started peeling within a day. Absolutely hated my experience.
I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option. I called and booked an appointment to avoid being rushed for 12:00. I arrive at 11:50 wait until 12:28 to be seated in the corner of the shop where someone started taking my old nails off. Then had to wait some more until they actually started doing my nails was then rushed because I had to leave at 13:30 a woman then started to throw attitude at me because she wouldn’t understand that I wanted my nails in a square shape. After several skin burns and cuts I left the shop at 13:46 they charged me £1 extra to pay by card because it’s cash only. Tax invasion at its finest.
