It was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I’m absolutely amazed by the service! Tomi took care of my nails, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He made my nails look so simple yet elegant—exactly what I was hoping for. I also really appreciated his thoughtfulness when I chose a pale colour, he double-checked with me to make sure I was happy with the choice or if I wanted to pick something else. That level of care and attention means a lot. Highly recommend Tomi and the salon—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Worse pedicure and full set ever! It was not worth £75. This place is unprofessional and the older guy nail tec forget to put a top coat on my nails "hence" why it is chipping off! They were also discussing me in their language, and when complained about the quality the middle guy nail etc jump to his colleagues defence. I was going to this shop for or over 2 years. They have lost me as a customer! I will say that Anne is a good nail tech.
I am going away tomorrow and decided to go here to get my nails done. Bear in mind it’s 10am in the morning and I walk in to endure an entire session of disrespect and attitude. The guy doing my nails told me that he “doesn’t trust me” and accused me of taking nails of myself when it actually came off while I was at work. I asked if they have any nail designs, he told me no that I must look on Google. The lady getting her nails done next to me helped me to see some designs. I told her thank you and he asked me why I am thanking her, he is the one doing my nails. He quoted me £23 for acrylic nail set then told me £40 just to put a colour on the tips. When he finished, without putting any coating on the nails, he said “now go home”. I said so you don’t want me to pay then because he instantly got up and walked away from me. When I went to pay, he told me £26 so I asked him the price he quoted me. He said £23 but I have to pay £26 for long nails. I asked him why he didn’t say quote that price to me. He started shouting at me. Another gentleman who I believe is the manager stepped in and starting sticking up for his colleague saying I should have been clear with what I wanted. Luckily, the lady who was sitting next to me the whole time was still there and felt she had to intervene and told him that I was very clear about what I wanted, we spoke about the prices, length etc but the man was rude, giving attitude and being disrespectful from when I first got there. The man I believe to be the manager told me that I am taking money out of their pocket to which I responded, i have had my nails done there before and never paid less than £40, only on this occasion, I went for the cheaper and entirely plain set, to now go home and design them myself because of the customer service I received. Such a terrible start to my day. So early in the morning. Having done nothing at all to deserves this type of service. I will definitely not be going here again ———— Update: 4 days later. One broke
I am extremely dissatisfied. I got my nails done two days ago and they are already chipped.This has never ever happened to me at any other nail place. The quality of the nails is horrific, the nail shape too. The guy doing my nails was funny and friendly however he did not do a great job, i left him a tip just because of how nice he was however the quality was so bad. I would not recommend this place at all, it’s very expensive, I got short black nails and paid £35??? absolutely disappointed in this
The staff are very polite and sweet thats why I gave 2 stars but the quality of the nails were very poor. Acrylics only lasted a week, started lifting from the nail beds a few days in.
Service is very good very polite, the quality the nails when done is good, but I've had better. Seriously they ate good not bad, room for improvement
It's a bit of a wait, but quality is not bad. I had a mani, shilac and pedi. The Chair got massage function. Strong smell of nail polish. The nail artist here don't speak very good English, you just need to confirm with them again in case of any confusion.
Whenever I need my nails done, I go to Magic Nails. I am overall satisfied with each visit, their staff, their service which is delivered in a timely fashion. They mostly have experienced technicians, also have had some with less experience, however, the end results still leaves you satisfied. I definitely would recommend Magic Nails to anyone looking for a visit to a decent nail shop.
