I had a manicure/pedicure before my wedding, they made me feel very welcome and were extremely friendly. Their massage chair was delightful and I felt taken care of and relaxed. I will have to come back very soon.
I had my nails done and a pedicure. The attention to detail was perfect and the whole experience was super relaxing. Just want you need with a busy life. The staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m so happy with how everything turned out—would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail care!
I had such a great experience at this salon ! The service was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and professional.Everyone there has been working together for over 12 years , which really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how comfortable the atmosphere feels . The salon is spotless and cosy, it honestly feels like relaxing in a stylish living room . I’ll definitely be coming back !
Prices are good . This is my third visit. Quality of work is fine as compared to others. Strict no to further discounts.
I would give no star if I could, my wife went to this salon yesterday for the first time , the price was hugely high and their service and work was extremely bad , her nail shape has never been this bad, very thick, as she said the manager did her nails but she hurt her nail and made her pain many times,very bad customer service they don’t care about customer the only thing they care is MONEY,would never recommend to anyone.
One star is soooo much for this shop , very expensive I spend £65 just for new set of shellac and £8 to remove the old one. The quality is awful the manager just want to earn money, whatever l asked she said extra payment, the shape of my nail is awful is not the one that I asked and she just said oh sorry. I am so angry and don't know how to say how bad they are would never recommend to anyone to go there.
I have been coming to Nail Works for years since moving to London as they do a great job of my nails and I haven’t found another nail salon where I can get the same results. I love pointy Nails and Liz did my nails in the occasions and she did a great job like always. I have now moved back to Leeds during Lockdown and come down to London with my mum especially to get my Nails done by Nail works as refuse to go anywhere else.
I have been going to nail works for years and I have always been happy with their high standard of work and their cleanliness as well as a great looking nail salon. Now that they have been able to reopen the shop I was especially impressed by Jessica not rushing to reopen without all the necessary protection in place. Not only has Jessica put up partitions between client tables and staff but there is also an air sanitizer making sure germs don’t settle anywhere. They make sure all clients are wearing masks and wash their hands and use hand gel before being attended to. They provided a nail file, foot scrubber and buffer for me to keep and to bring back next time so there is no cross contamination between clients. The fantastic nail technicians are constantly using antibacterial spray, wiping down tables and cleaning seats between each client. I felt very safe knowing that my health is a priority. I highly recommend Nail works for those that want great looking nails in a healthy and safe environment.
