The nail salon was not clean and they don't use fresh sterilised utensils for your nails. The massage and scrub for mani pedi was OK but a bit too rough. But worst of all they didn't clean the nail properly before painting and my nails started chipping that day because there was still lotion on them. Absolutely terrible and now I have to repaint them today for an event. Shocking how bad. Also tons of old customers came in while I was there to complain about their nails chipping so clearly they are doing a very bad job on everyone. Such a shame.
I saw the 4 star review & assumed this would be a good salon to visit. The quality of work is low and the staff are exceptionally hostile and rude the second you walk in the door. There is no customer service at any stage of your time there, particularly from the man who works there (the husband) and the main woman who runs it. They very clearly speak rudely about people to themselves and handle you roughly when doing their work. I’m unhappy with the result of my acrylics, with them being very uneven. The man was sarcastic and hostile when I politely asked if one side could be made more even. They also don’t care about the colour/look you want to achieve. I showed an image and repeatedly asked for help with a colour, they ignored this and lazily picked a mismatching one without checking with me which I had to push back on. I feel so disappointed and upset with their horrible treatment it was so uncomfortable, stay far away from this place, they don’t deserve money or custom with the way they treat people.
I have been coming to visa nails salon and have been a returning customer for at least 5 years now. And i have always had my reservation towards the staff attitude and specifically whom i can assume is the husband. Today was a different kind of experience. I let go my pervious experience of slapping my hand instead of addressing me. What happened today is i booked for 2PM and waited for nearly 40 minutes to be seen. After 40 minutes waiting i was serviced by a male staff. After foling and cleaning ,the male staff put cream on my hands to give a little massage and i had a bracelet around my hand, so i moved my hand in order to get the bracelet at the way, so a drop or two of the cream fill on the towel under my hands which he is using already to clean my hands on, the evil stare i got and the attitude was unacceptable at all, only for him to ask why did you do that, i said i tried to get the bracelet out of the way, he responded with the same attitude “ the cream is on your hands” meaning it is not near the bracelet, baring in mind i moved the bracelet for his sake not to be in his way. I kept my cool and i said it is only a bit of cream that can be wiped, he responded bluntly “ who clean it ? Me!” I left it at that having made my mind up not to come here again. Their work is good not exceptional but even if it were that dose not give anyone the right to treat clients with no respect. I had to write this review as minimal response to his rudeness and aggression. Customer service and respect for your client and a good experience is much more important that the good work they do. Not going back obviously even if it was a free service.
Avoid The service is not good. They talk about you in their own language and the finishing is horrible. I left with hanging nail corners and the colour wasn’t spread properly and looked awful

Always friendly staff. Quick which I like, and they do my nails really well. I’ve been back many times as they last. Would recommend
they have lost my loyalty card and did nothing about it- means i am now much further away from the next appointment being cheaper. extremely disappointed
Have been going here for the last 9 months since moving to Earlsfield and while initially I was happy with the service/quality/price, I’ve had several experiences recently that have not been up to the same standard - firstly with the quality of SNS manicure (uneven finishes that I was told was due to the top coat, which even after being reapplied gave the same result) and most recently with a gel pedicure two weeks ago, which within a matter of days the hot pink polish had changed to a cloudy white for no apparent reason, something that has never happened with any gel meni/pedi before! On this occasion, the technician seemed rushed/distracted so I wasn’t particularly happy with the final quality but didn’t have the time to have this redone. Most of their staff are good but quality of their services really depends on which technician you get. After several poor experiences I’d find it difficult to recommend.
