It's the second time I've had an appointment here. The first time having Amy everything was perfect, however my appointment today was with the gentleman there and my nails are horrendous! Short, different lengths, crooked, trigger happy with the electric file, one finger sore.
Asked for gel polish removal. They did not use the drill despite me asking about it and this being offered to the customer who entered the store after me. Instead they scraped and filed the polish off. Left my nails with scratches (which has never happened before when I’ve gotten gel polish removed). Won’t be coming back here again
I have been going to Dream Nails for 2 years now and they always do an amazing job. Very accommodating staff and I always love my nails, whether i’m getting nail art or just french tips and my toenails. They always make sure I’m happy with my nails before I leave and if I ever have a problem they sort it immediately with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.
Had a great experience at this place! I was seen on time and offered a drink when I sat down which is a rarity in many nail salons. I initially wanted a design but hadn’t mentioned it to them upon booking and no one was in to do it on the day. Make sure you ask in advance if you want a design! This wasn’t an issue for me as I just picked a solid colour from their (very large!) selection. The people who did my nails were very gentle and thorough. I had a lovely, relaxing time here. I can’t wait to come back.
Staff are professional, polite and very skilled. I felt that they took time to ensure my nails matched my request (gels with a simple design). I didn't wait long to be served and the whole process took less than an 45 minutes. *Update* I've visited twice more since my original review and have been happy with every visit. My nails also last at least 3 weeks.

I’ve been to Dream nails a few times now & can honestly say will never go anywhere else! It’s a lovely salon, great customer service, everyone is really friendly & I’m always so happy with how my nails turn out. I highly recommend them!
Amazing, efficient and friendly staff! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done now. They listen to what I want and my nails always look great!
This is the ONLY place I trust to do my nails now! Always so kind and accommodating and a really great atmosphere. I always get compliments on my nails and I send all my friends here too
