   I have been coming to this nail bar for the past 5 years and the service has always been top tier even with staff changes. The staff are talented and take pride in their work, the shop is always clean and they also offer complimentary drinks. The shop is small but the staff have maximized the shop so it’s a comfortable space. I will always continue to have my services here. :)

   I have attended the nail bar for many years on and off as I often just wear my nail natural. They are very friendly, welcoming as well as accomodating and have good customer service. They pay attention to detail and offer a vast array of services. On my last visit I explained it was going to be my birthday so I wanted my nails to look extra special and to my surprise as I was leaving they handed me a gift! I highly recommend a trip to Nails Bar.

   I went to nail bar recently and had a great experience! The staff are very kind and really brought the design I wanted to life. They are super transparent about pricing and let you know how much it will be before they even start. The wonderful lady who did my nails had such attention to detail and made sure each nail was perfect. I really like how they chose what colours they thought based on the picture as I find that really hard and can be quite indecisive! Thank you so much!

   I had the worse horrendous experience yesterday, HE PULLED MY ARM AND SHOUTED AT ME!! I’ve been a regular customer for 3 years now and yesterday was so so bad I will not ever be returning and they need to improve there professionalism. I went in to get my pedicure done by a lady called Anna she is amazing new and she always does my feet very well. There is a Man that works there too small petite always angry,He done my hands and I said to him from the beginning I wanted chrome nails on my hands too and he said that’s fine, I showed him reference of what I’ve had done before in the same shop he said no. Straight away and rude.He threw 4 boxes of chrome glitter powder at me and Kept saying no no no. I explained it’s what I had done before so he kept huffing and didn’t explain anything!! I showed him pictures again and said fine and started doing my nails, when it got to picking the colours for the chrome he picked a bright purple bright green and blue and the chrome technique didn’t work it looked disgusting!! He then said it will be £85!!! as I didn’t want them colours I told him this is not what I wanted I showed him images and he started shouting at me in front of everyone and kept saying that it’s my fault my fault!!! He upset me a lot. So I stayed silent then he said ‘I’m not doing your nails’ and threw my hand out of the way and started doing someone else’s nails. At this point I was close enough to tears and my nails were ruined and had acrylic powder and glitter all over me. I stayed calm and no other worker tried helping me he then come back to my nails grabbed my arm quite tight he was angry nails and started doing something else I said just do them silver as he ruined my nails already and he done it again he was shouting in his language and being very hurtful then he finished and left my hands covered in glitter and didn’t even clean any of it up!! My nails are still ruined and I’m very upset. I paid and left and I am devastated at how I’ve been treated. This is not right! He should not be working there if he has anger issues and the way my arm was pulled and pushed out of the way is NOT OK!!! Do not go here!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!

   Great place - it’s functional and perhaps a little rundown but if you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you. They accommodate walk-ins and whenever I have made an appointment they have not made me wait. Their gel nails easily last three weeks (much better done than other places I have been) and their pedicures are great and conducted with attention to detail. They could update the decor - the first time I hesitated to go in … but now go there regularly ….

   I’ve been going to Colliers Wood nails for almost 8 years now and have never been disappointed. I always walk out with beautiful nails and get exactly what I ask for. The shellac lasts for ages and my nails are always perfectly shaped. They’ve got a great range of colours too. The shop always has a super friendly atmosphere thanks to the staff and the customers so it’s always a nice place to go every couple of weeks. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   I have been a regular customer at this nail shop for almost 10 years. Every single time I get my nails done here the team always ensure that I am comfortable & happy & my nails always come out looking amazing. Lisa specifically has always been so welcoming to me and she is very polite, as I always enjoy having a conversation with her whilst getting my nails done. If I am indecisive about what colour, shape or style I want my nails to be they always accommodate my choice. Lisa’s expertise as a technician is of the highest quality in my opinion and one of the main reasons I have been a loyal customer for so long :)
