   I agree with previous comments about the customer service being not so good and they can be quite rude and rough with you. I have only been a couple of times as I am fairly new to the area and I won’t be going back. The last time I was there I had a shellac manicure done and it hardly lasted one week which was extremely disappointing. They are clearly using inadequate gel polishes that don’t last.

   Been going to this salon for the last couple of years and they're always amazing. Polite, do exactly what you ask them, have the best service and selection of colours, and the prices and times are really reasonable. I would not go anywhere else! I saw some of the reviews from 3-4 years ago and can only think that this shop must have been under completely different management. Never seen them being rude or anything to anyone! And I'm there monthly. Really recommended.

   She saved me! I had a massive issue with a wrong application at another salon. They took of polish and reapply perfectly. It's was closing time but she stayed open and helped! Will definitely be going back

   Just left LeLe Nails/Kylie's nails, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have to say, I was worried about coming for my nails after reading the reviews here, but I had a fantastic experience. The attention to detail to make sure my nails matched was brilliant, and the ladies in the shop were very kind and pleasant. I had a full set of acrylic nails, and I love them. Will definitely be coming here again!

   Got a full set of infills and a colour chance - customer service was exceptional and staff was very friendly. Enjoyed winding down in the evening whilst getting a manicure done. Would definitely recommend.

   The management and staff seems to have changed. There is one lady who does great nails but the guy who works there whilst friendly, completely over uses the the filing equipment to take off shellac than using acetone properly. I’ve given this a couple of tries since the change, but both have had shellac that has come off quickly (within a week) and my nails weaker from filing down the surface of the nail so much, despite me asking not to. I have been going here since this opened but will unfortunately have to find a new nail salon.

   If you want nice nails this is a good place. If you want a nice nails and good customer service then this isn’t the place for you. The 3 ladies that work here are rude, rough with you. They don’t greet you properly or say goodbye. The only words you’ll here is ‘do you have appointment?’ And ‘Choose a colour’. There’s no smiles kindness. I always arrive early for my appointment but yet they start late as they’re usually sitting in the back eating. They tug your hands and I believe talk about you to the other nails technician in their language. But I must say I continue to come back cause I don’t care about them or what they think. I never tip as it’s not deserved, and I just want my nails done nicely, which they do and their shop is in a convenient place for me to get to.
