   No sanitary facilities, very bad hygiene. On next day was supposed to remove the nails and make them again, £35 paid for the short nail , the worst ever experience. The guy working there said have 20 years of experience , they don’t have a clue what’s mean nails with gel . Very disappointing, the gel didn’t dry properly on next day started to be bobbled and also the shape as I ask before to come out from shop , that one 2 nails the gel was not straight and shape of nail was looking horrible , but they didn’t action. I was visit this place as recommended from my friend but never ever again will go there ! Worst ever nail .

   This was the first time I got my nails done ever and I’m in love!! The service was so quick and no mistakes were made. I’m so obsessed. My colleagues recommended this place to me and have claimed that their nails last months. The price was £33 so it was pretty affordable. I also love how they file the bottom so the acrylic isn’t chunky and looks more natural. I can’t believe there are so many bad reviews because I had no issues with this shop at all and all my colleagues get there nails done from here. The workers were friendly too. I will be 100% coming here every-time now to get my nails done. Thank you so much :)

   I paid £25 for what was meant to be a gel manicure only for it to be a one hand gel removal and shellac color change on both hands. The woman appears to be knowledgeable about nails, and will give you some anecdotal information such as “soaking the fingers in water shortens the life of the manicure,” SIMPLY to justify, skipping all the steps that are required in a standard manicure, leaving you with poorly shaped, sloppy work, and nails that start chipping the very next day. She will blame the state of your nails and the bad paint job on previous manicures when in reality a good manicurist can work with damaged nails and still make the manicure look professional. I highly DO NOT recommend this place avoid it at all costs… someone should report them to companies house. They need to issue refunds before they get shut down.

   Unfortunately my experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have had two “treatments” by them. The first time the gel started falling off my the time I got home….. LOL Today I have had the worst manicure ever it doesn’t even look like my nails have been done and not to mention they have never been clear about the price I paid the same amount I paid for gel nails! It is as if they make it up as they go along. Please see the picture below for this horrible treatment! I feel robbed of £20 honestly. God will rain fire upon you!

   I’ve been going here long enough to be familiar with their work, usually quite neat however waiting time is a big downfall. I recently went in asking for a infill & the woman turned to her colleague (in their language obviously asking if he had time for me), he then looked me up and down, stared and responded in their language and she said no. This type of customer service is extremely poor and rude. I’m familiar with workers speaking in their language but it shouldn’t be done in a way to make your clientele feel a way. I wasn’t a raggedy person off the street asking for the full works. It’s a shame I’ll be looking elsewhere for a new place but a little respect goes a long way.

   Came here for the first time the other day and was a great choice considering go many nails shops there are in Kilburn. I went during my lunch break so only a few people around, and was seen to quickly. They did a fantastic job and was done in around half an hour - shellac removal and new application all for £26. I would recommend as a very clean and neat job done.
