   I recently came here for a pedicure and was pretty disappointed with the experience. The first technician didn’t do a proper job — my heels weren’t polished well, and the whole service was rushed, lasting less than 15 minutes. Nail polish is being charged extra also. They also charged extra for shellac removal, which I understand, but I could have easily done that myself at home since I have the same machine. I was also expecting my toes to be soaked, but that didn’t happen. What concerned me most was hygiene — I’m not sure if the tools were cleaned properly, as I saw them being dipped in water and then put straight back into the drawer for the next use. Overall, not worth the price and definitely not up to standard for a professional pedicure.

   I’ve been coming here for a while, but sadly I won’t be returning. The quality is good but price is not reasonable. I got a full set of acrylics with shellac and a simple design—nothing extravagant. A year ago it cost me £45, following their refurbishment of the salon it cost me £55 which I was still happy to pay given its London. This time, I was charged over £65, with no clear explanation. The price seemed to be made up on the spot, which left me feeling ripped off. The salon was fairly empty, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being overcharged to make up for the lack of customers. Prices have crept up to central London levels if not higher, which makes it unaffordable for me now. Disappointed, as I used to really like this place. Ps. I brought a friend with me too she was charged the same for an infill with a fresh design.

   As you see they don't deliver clean nails . The nail artist didn't pay attention during applying the nail polish and left the spots and lines on the line . However they really pay attention when it comes to pricing and they charge £5 because they say it is a long lane while the nail high is totally normal . Comparing to other places in finchely they are expensive for a dirty work .not recommended

   My nails looked amazing for Christmas. The man who did my nails was really trying his best to perfect them and did a great job. I asked for almond shaped acrylics with a sparkly red gel and a snowflake on my ring finger. I showed him a photo which is similar to what I was after. I’m very pleased with the result. It cost £41 because of the snowflake but was worth it.

   I was there on Saturday, it was my first time being there and i have to say that it was my worse experience of doing my nails ever, Very rude staff, very poor service, they even and they charged me £71 for the service that it maximum £60 in kensington and kings road… I don't recommend this salon at all and i’ll never go there again.
