   I've been to this nail salon 2-3 times now, mainly because it's local and convenient when I'm short on time. Unfortunately, every visit has left me disappointed. Most recently, I got shellac done, and the application was poorly done — it started chipping within an hour. This is not the quality I expect from a professional salon. Sadly, I won’t be returning, even for the sake of convenience.

   I had a gel take off on my hands, and I had a pedicure. My appointment was with Lan. She was so lovely and friendly , made me feel welcome. And did a brilliant job. I have very sore sensitive skin on my hands, usually I do my nails myself because everyone hurts my hands. However Lan was very good . Thank you so much!! X

   I asked for french tips and showed her a simple design, but the woman working there did a terrible job and refused to own up to her mistakes and wanted to charge extra for trying to fix the design. They are very unprofessional and charge an extortionate amount for poor service and low quality nails. Will not recommend this place.

   I have always come here. Staff are lovely and always try to fit you in. After a year of not getting my nails done I returned last week. They did a great pedicure and acrylics with shellac. My nails still look perfect. I have never had any problems. Thank you for a great service.

   I wish I could rate lower. To the horrible woman who did my manicure and pedicure on Monday morning. Cold reception from the moment I walked in. She pricked in between my toes twice when using some sharpe long thing they use for the nails . Dug into my toe nails with nail cutter . When I told her she was hurting me, she gave me the coldest look and didn't even say anything. Just horrible, Rude, unprofessional and not a nice person. I would not recommend anyone going to that place as long as there is still that small horrible little woman there. My nails does not even reflect the amount of money I paid. Horrible .

   First time at Sunset Nails for an Acrylic take off and new set. There was a short wait of about 10-15 mins when I went in at 4. But this waiting time is because there's only two technicians and they are so thorough with their job. My technician was patient with taking the acrylic off and shaped them perfectly almond. In other salons they've basically ripped off the acrylic or filed too far and then given me more of an oval instead of almond. But at Sunset Nails they were very knowledgeable and cared about the health and look of my nails. The polish is high quality (again in other salons the polish has ended up bubbling so the nail doesn't look smooth) and the salon looks generally clean and tidy. The price is very very fair and cheaper than other salons in fact. Will be trying this out as my new salon and hopefully will get infill after infill without them breaking off.

   I had a manicure and pedicure, the staff were lovely. Happy with my pedicure. However the gel nail polish applied for my manicure only lasted a couple of days before peeling off. Not worth the £61 I paid.
