   I paid £95 for my treatment, but the technician was quite careless and got red nail polish on my winter clothes and gold gel on my hands. She attempted to remove the stain with nail polish remover at the shop, but it did not come off. She told me it would disappear once I washed it at home, but it did not improve at all and the stain remains exactly the same as when I left the shop. I emailed through your website on the same day, but received no reply. On Sunday I called the shop and was told to email again because the manager was not there. I explained that I had already emailed, and I was told I would receive a reply on Monday — but I still haven’t heard from anyone. I also sent a DM on Instagram and received no response. At this point, it is extremely disappointing that after paying £95, I am left with damaged clothing and no communication from your team. This is not acceptable customer service.

   Lovely calm and bright pleasant environment, great colour selection. Staff are lovely and professional - Emma did a really beautiful pedicure and kept asking me what I wanted and checking in that it was right. A very relaxing experience will come again!

   The pedicure was excellent but unfortunately the therapist who provided the manicure was not at all of the same standard as her colleague. It was extremely rushed and not up to standards, particularly in cleaning the cuticles (there was no proper massage despite paying for the full service) and buffing the nails. Extremely disappointed, expected to receive a service worth the amount that was paid.

   This really is the best nail bar in Islington. The owner and his team make you feel so welcome and cared for – it’s always such a lovely experience. The salon is modern, spotless, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Every treatment feels special, and I honestly never want to leave.

   Really impressed with the level of care, kindness and expertise here at Nailology. Today was my second visit for the deluxe pedicure treatment. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure which includes a warm paraffin wax treatment. The lady who carried out my pedicure was lovely and extremely thorough. She is a real perfectionist in the best way possible and gave me a wonderful leg and foot massage. I will be back very soon!

   As a regular customer at Nailology, I am thrilled to write this 5-star review. Every visit to the salon is a delightful experience (I usually get Gel Mani/Pedis), but my most recent visit was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond and fixed my nails (extensions from another salon whilst traveling), free of charge! This level of dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their attentiveness and attention to detail, is what sets Nailology apart from other nail salons. The salon is spotless, welcoming, and provides a true oasis of relaxation. The team of professionals (led by Vincent) is second to none, providing high-quality services every time I visit.    After three years of searching, I feel I’ve finally found my salon in London. Friendly, professional, and thorough the team do a great job. I’ve now gone on three separate occasions. It’s also relatively easy to get an appointment which I value. Is it the cheapest in town? No, but they make it well worth it.

   Totally thrilled with the quality of my new nails! I didn’t catch the name of my nail technician, but from the very beginning it was precise, gentle and relaxing. I usually find a bump or uneven shape after visiting other salons in the area but I was even pleased to see the small bevel on the underside of my nail (an area which sometimes get forgotten and you end up with an annoying lump). The salon was peaceful and beautifully decorated too. Anyway, thank you for my great manicure and I’ll be back!

I had a full set of nail extensions with shellac and I couldn't be happier. so much attention to detail, you can really tell they care about your experience and their craft! love, love, love!!
