   I've been here twice before, the first time I had a great experience. The second time was not so good. For this manicure I got SNS dip with tips and french tip design. I had about 3 different nail techs work on my nails, one of which was a woman who was incredibly rough and not friendly whatsoever. After the appointment, I was left with polish on my fingers and they also were not letting the polish fully dry, so the clear coat dragged the french tip color onto the rest of my nails. Additionally, after about a week and a half, the polish completely peeled off which I have never seen before. I ended up just painting over the nails, very disappointed.

   I love this place. I’ve been doing my nails there for ages - I’ve tried acrylic, shellac and I found that I prefer the SNS powder the most, and this salon offers it. I still do shellac pedicure but my hands have SNS. My nails are strong and I haven’t had a broken nail since I’ve started doing it back in December. I was finally able to grow long, natural nails! PS. They also have a delicious green tea!

   Went to this nail salon as the one I usually go to was closed on that day and needed to get my nails done for an event. I would say that overall the salon is good but maybe I was unlucky with the individual who did my nails. First of all when taking off my older nails with the electric file she was very rough doing it. I could at times feel my nails hurting and felt very sensitive. I asked for a French manicure which is pretty straightforward and it looked ok until she put the clear coat on. In the photos you can see on some of my nails the old growth which you shouldn’t be able to see at all. They tried to blame me saying it was the colour I picked but of the nails were ok and you couldn’t see the old growth because it was done correctly. I only have had them done for 9 days and the varnish is already chipping . Very disappointed overall with the finish look.

   The Green Nail bar on Caledonian Road does the best nails in North London. Husband and wife, Anna and Jimmy, offer an amazing service full of character. I had bitten my nails for 55 years and with their help have stopped and now have beautiful nails that look natural and stay on! They have a loyalty discount card for money off every 6th visit. I have tried many places over the years but they are truly the best.

   Love the colour of my nails. I got powder dip acrylic tips with gel. Over a week later & despite several knocks there's zero chipping, still vibrant colour & no broken nails. Can't wait to go back again for a new colour in a few weeks. Price is also great & team really friendly.
