   I’ve been to this place twice, and they’re really skilled at doing nail extensions. However, each time I went, I was concerned about the lack of cleanliness during the service. They don’t disinfect the tools before using them, which feels unsanitary. You can even see the mess left on the table from the previous client. I genuinely love how they do nails, but I’m uncomfortable with the hygiene standards.

   I’ve been coming here YEARS. Pretty sure I left a good review about this place. However today’s service was awful. Guy tried to send me off with wonky and sheer nails. His colleague and him were blatantly laughing at me in their language and when I brought it up instead of reassuring me that wasn’t the case they continued to laugh making me feel uncomfortable. I paid and left. They yelled at me when I left because I didn’t announce my departure and they thought I hadn’t paid, when I come here every month. I come here enough to know the routine of the nails I get done and today several steps were left out. I wasn’t told to wash my hands before oiling. Glue was left to dry, they let the newbie start my nails, and they didn’t even confirm the colour with me after putting it on one nail. Sadly can never come back here again. Disgusting treatment for a regular will be back in for compensation

   Every time I go to this salon, I have the best experience. The staff is always kind. I show them a different photo each time of how I want my nails, and they always manage to recreate the look exactly as I imagined. I leave happy every single time. I absolutely love it!!!

   I been here with the previous team and the people were lovely but the new technicians now were horrible, they weren't overtly rude but they were cold, made me feel unwelcome, had no manners in how to converse with customers and make you feel welcome but quite happy to take money of you, they were abrupt, the man even shouted at my child, hes very lucky i didnt switch aggressive on him The design was below average and the varnish wasn't close to the nail bed so it looks like I had it on 2 wnots already. I wouldn't waste my time my and energy coming here,better salons around

   Chapel nails have been my go to for years! When I’ve been out of town or on holiday and used other nail techs I have always been disappointed. Cindy and the team are always friendly and welcoming. Cindy in particular and her husband always aim to give customers exactly what they want and are experts when using the drill- I never feel anxious and never leave with any nicks or cuts. I have both manicures and pedicures here. I used to only get plain shellac on my nails but with the persuasion of Cindy, I am more adventurous and always look forward to the outcome. They’re always beautiful!

   My Mother and I have been attending Chapel Spa Nails & Beauty for awhile now and I can only say that the staff and their service is absolutely impeccable, divine even. They will always greet customers with a smile and are always polite. They always maintain the workstations clean and highly sanitary and at the end of the session my nails always looks remarkable. They are very well organized and always provide perfect work, whatever is to be requested, they do it with immense skill and efficiency. For example, when I go, I almost always request a design to go on my nails and each time I do, they do it perfectly and get everything right, I couldn’t be more content with their service. I would undoubtedly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone looking for any beauty services. Cindy always does my Manicures and Pedicures and she is absolutely spectacular and very skilled. I am proud to say that I will most certainly be returning soon, ready for more.
