Under staffed all the time. Only one person working on an actual till the rest is self check out which is no good if you have a trolley full of items. Not many ready meals left in fridges. Gone down hill over the years
Never eaten here before and never will again. At the till was given the choice of mashed potato or chips and garden peas or mushy peas with my steak pie. Chose chips and mushy peas. After waiting 30 minutes for the food ended up with mashed potato and garden peas. Complained to server and was told he would come back with a portion of chips. The pie was burnt and rock hard and had difficulty cutting into it. We finished our food and left. The promised offer of extra chips never materialised.
Love this supermarket because it's usually half empty. Also It's great to be able to smell the fish stall from the other side of wrexham
Just quickly popped, not really knowing this store, buy found everything I wanted. Happy Days!!
I cant believe how dirty this supermarket has become. Chillers and other reduced cabinets are disgusting. They smell of rotten food and are visibly full of dust and debris. Also I couldn't understand how members of staff were throwing empty cardboard trays/boxes on the floor and not in a designated empty cage or trolley that could cause a slip, trip or fall to some poor unsuspecting customer. Morrisons your standards have definitely slipped. I think health and hygiene courses need revision and better management to set the example.
We always use this particular Morrisons as it's within easy travelling distance from where we live in Ponciau. The staff are always very friendly we find. We also call in at Morrisons fuel station frequently to fill up with petrol.
Clean and tidy store. Well stocked. Staff were helpful when asked where certain products were located.
Went to cafe what a shambles. Dirty tables, cold beans, warm sausage, cold bacon, sour milk in tea, no sugars in containers and when mentioned all these complaints to girl there she said sorry and walked off. Will never shop or eat here again
Went to the cafe. Very badly run. Waited 35 minutes for our lunch. One of the meals presented was the wrong one. No forks available to eat with, and no cups washed and ready for the coffee we'd paid for.
Been a day one customer and I've witnessed several things lately "dropping off". Quality of products, choice, pathetic customer service.... Even the car wash stations hardly seem to work anymore, but still using the pandemic as an excuse.. I'll be using an alternative supermarket from now on.
