   Everyone was really nice and I appreciate the guy helping me out. However, while I was there, there were only two ppl going between four women. I only wanted a takeoff; something that’s supposed to be 30 mins maybe even 45 but it turned into me being at the salon for an hour and half. Appreciate the service but i wouldn’t come back because i had to wait a really long time for something that should be quick

   My nails came out amazing! The nail art was beautifully done. They also do a great job with cuticles and shaping, always super gentle but thorough. I couldn’t be happier with the result! I would say they can get quite busy at times so do call or WhatsApp beforehand if you are in a rush but they are very accommodating and try to fit you in even if you book last minute! Can’t wait to go back! :)

   this nail salon is great for a one time service, i do not recommend trying to come back for refills. after three acrylic infills i have been left with rings of fire on my nail bed and abnormally weak nails. additionally, you will be overcharged! expect an additional £5-£10 added to your bill with excuses that simply don’t make sense. once again, use their services if you never plan to return.

   These guys are brilliant! I came in for SNS and after explaining what I was after they recommended BIAB with my preferred colour. It’s lasted 2 weeks and they do removal! Amazing salon :)

   Empty shop is a red flag. Avoid if you’re a local. The host/owner seems welcoming but it’s only to lure you into their ridiculous prices with hardly any inventory. I’ve been to more genuine and appealing places for a lot cheaper. ‘Where do you live ?’ seems to be a common question for anyone coming to have a look at the shop, maybe to measure your pockets, I am not sure but BEWARE the prices are extortionate ! Was charged £7 to fix one nail, it’s almost laughable considering how the nail looks so different to the rest. They lack a variety of acrylic powder colours and did not have metallic silver but instead used silver glitter ! Who asked for glitter ? Lol I suppose they could’ve refused the service if they knew they couldn’t make it the same. I would have happily looked for another shop. Also, avoid the pregnant lady, poor thing needs to rest at home. She seemed so angry during the whole thing, no interaction and was rough my hands! Made me glad I only came to do one nail, so I can quickly leave ! Or maybe it’s because I am a person of colour. Strange experience indeed. I have learnt my lesson and will not be back ! AVOID AVOID AVOID

   I love going here, the whole team are always so lovely. I have had my nails done by almost everyone on the team and every time I got I am happy with the results. Amy has done my nails twice now and they are perfect each time, so much care to detail. They do great nail art and their prices are as cheap as it gets for central London! Update: thanks for correction - let Chloe know I said thanks and I will see her again soon when I return!

   I am really happy with my nails and I highly recommend Brick Lane Nail Spa! The boy that prepped my nails was very delicate and precise and the lady who did my gel and nail art was absolutely fantastic! she replicate the picture I showed her with absolute precision! Their prices are very reasonable and if a service has an extra cost they tell you in advance to avoid surprises... I will definitely come back :)
