   Trying not to leave too low a review as usually they are very good here and I've always had a good service prior to yesterday. However I cannot leave a rating higher than a two. Had a manicure and pedicure by a young nail technician who was obviously new. She needs to be more careful when cutting cuticles and not cut into skin. I did not find the experience very relaxing and she cut one of my cuticles on my nail on my right hand and this morning the cuticles near two of my toe nails feels sore and the skin around another finger (that was not cut) also feels sore. I could not relax during the whole experience of the manicure and pedicure. She needs to be more gentle and not cut into skin when dealing with cuticles. Hopefully they will provide her with more training before she serves other customers. One small cut I can cope with but this morning I've woken up to two sore toe nails and two sore fingers. My appointment was on 15 October in the evening at Spa Nails 18 Fortune Street.

   0/5 worst nail experience of my life. Horrible service, the staff were so harsh and ruined my natural nail length and thickness of my nail bed. My friend’s nails look like a platypus beak and the staff doing my nails was not wearing gloves and was wiping away the colour off my skin with his nails! All 10 nails are different lengths. They could tell we were unhappy but we had to pay £85 together anyway!

   I have been doing my nails since around 2017 at this place and it’s really nice! Fast service, good shellac mani and pedi that lasts for very long time! Decent prices, you get also discounts if you sign for their reward cards after few visits. They have a great selection of colours to choose from and are accommodating with requests to add some personal touch to the nail art. They offer sometimes tea or water which is very nice! Love the massage at the end of the manicure! I have gone to few other places in between restringing to spa nails and can say these guys are the best! Although I moved my job so it’s harder to get there i still take the commute to come and get my nails done there!

   They are always really quick and do a great job with manicures that last a long time. My gel manicures always last >2 weeks and I'm sure that they would last longer if they weren't already too grown out at that point! Prices are also incredibly reasonable.
