   I booked an appointment for my mum, aunt and myself. The nail technicians were very accommodating. They couldn’t do my initial design idea but helped me choose an alternative that was arguably better. Had a lovely experience and we all left happy. Would 100% recommend

   I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this nail shop. From the moment we arrived, both my friend and I were spoken to rudely and made to feel unwelcome. What made the situation far worse was a young male staff member who began shouting at me, which was completely unacceptable and shocking. There was no reason for this behaviour, and it created a very uncomfortable and hostile environment. A nail salon should be a relaxing place where customers feel respected, but this was the opposite. There was no professionalism, no apology, and no effort to calm the situation or treat us with basic courtesy. Instead, we were left feeling embarrassed and upset. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. Paying customers deserve respect, and unfortunately, this place failed badly in that regard. I will not be returning.

   am a long term regular customer who lives just 3 minutes away. I rarely leave reviews but this experience needs to be addressed. I attended for infills and a pedicure which is not cheap. The gentleman who did my pedicure was professional and polite. However the man who attempted to do my nails displayed shockingly poor behaviour that should never be tolerated in a customer facing environment. He was rude dismissive and aggressive from the start. He insisted I remove and redo my nails despite this already being done at my previous appointment. My nails were not lifting chipped or damaged. Having had my nails done for over 15 years I am more than capable of knowing what service I require. When I questioned him he raised his voice at me? Since when do we shout at clients. After I refused to let him continue he aggressively snatched the towel away and walked around the salon while continuing to watch me in an intimidating manner. Intimidated? No just shocked at this childish behaviour from a grown man. This was not just poor service it was confrontational and unprofessional. Management should be deeply concerned that a member of staff is behaving this way toward paying clients. What a shame.

   I've tried quite a few different nail salons around Hackney/ East London, and this one is hands down the best one! I've been getting my acrylics done here for the past 12 months (although I've had some breaks in between without acrylics) and I always leave extremely happy with my nails. The shape, thickness and durability of the nails are top tier. Great colour selection and they've also been able to do every design I've ever asked beautifully. Very accommodating with appointments too. Could not recommend enough!

   I love this place! I have been in lots of nail salons around Hackney and this one is the one where I’ve got the best and most durable nail service. The atmosphere is not as put together as some other branded spots but don’t let that cloud your judgment. The nails are far better quality than in many of those places. The staff is also very friendly. Offering green tea and stuff while you are waiting. Make sure to make an appointment since the place is always busy. The manager did my nail design and he was absolutely brilliant. I took a picture and he replicated it to perfection. 5*

   Nails look great but I have marked down a star because I think the ventilation needs some serious improvement - the fumes inside the nail bar are so strong it was making me feel a bit queasy. Also the SNS (again, nails look great) but they did not separate the powder like some nail bars do, which is a little unhygienic as you are essentially dipping your finger in a pot that lots of other people have dipped their fingers into.
