   Super rude! I did my nails here just a week ago and one of them chipped off. When I called to get it fixed, Amy and the owner were completely unhelpful, they wouldn’t even try to schedule me in and ended up hanging up the phone. Their attitude makes it clear that once you’ve paid, you’re no longer their responsibility. Very poor service. I do not recommend this place.

   Have been coming here for a few months for BIAB nails and Shellac pedicures. All of the team do a wonderful job every time and always open to do whatever you want. Amy did great artwork on my last visit. Highly recommend!

   I had a lovely experience. I was pleasantly surprised by their range of colours for Biab. Ann was so sweet and helpful. She was willing to try a design I was interested in but then I decided to stick to French tips (my go-to). She did a great job. I love how they turned out.

   First visit to the salon today and I’ll definitely be back. The atmosphere was chilled and welcoming, Jade was really helpful in sharing her knowledge of how to make my nails last longer and which products she would recommend. I had nail extensions with gel and a black french tip, as well as gel toes. Jade really paid attention to the details and I love the final result, thank you team!

   I used to be a customer here for about a year, always got amazing pedicure. Today was different…the nail lady who used to do my nails wasn’t there and I’ve got sloppy shellack pedicure instead and been cut on my second finger so now when I am walking I am feeling pain. When I got home and looked at my nails I wanted to cry. The application is wonky and the gel is all wavy especially on my thumbs. The rest of the nails is not properly done either, I would have done a better job myself and could have saved my money. Will never come back again.
