   I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I recently had an issue with my manicure which was no fault of the artist where the product started to separate. Dominika (who is very efficient!!) booked me in very quickly and Alisha did a wonderful job fixing my nails. I also go to Ana and she is fantastic. I have recommended this salon many times, the only reason I am deducting a star is that things have not been running smoothly at all since it changed ownership and they don’t always have the products I want. The old owner ran a very tight ship but things have changed.

   I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. Anna did my nails, and demonstrated her skills in a clean environment. I am extremely happy with the service provided here, I would definitely recommend going here again

   Just had my first BIAB with Anna, she was extremely nice and gentle throughout the process. My nails never looked better! So clean and elegant. Dominica was also very friendly and welcoming. ⛔️UPDATE⛔️ I went back for BIAB removal, the only appointment I could find was with a new aesthetician but I can’t remember her name, she was really friendly but she drilled way to much of my nails that they were hurting during the process and as soon as she finished. I had thick long nails but after leaving they were very thin and painful to the touch. I went home and cut them very short because they were bending when they were in contact with anything and started using nail strengthening. See the photos to judge yourself.

   Nailastic is honestly the best place to get your nails done. The atmosphere there is so welcoming, the stylists are very friendly and they take the time to perfect your idea by bringing your designs to life. I have been going to this nail shop for the last couple of years and it has been the best decision I made. Before coming to Nailastic, I use to constantly get acrylic nails and I realised that the acrylic was damaging my natural nails. From this, I decided to start doing gel extensions at Nailastic and I could see the difference in my nails. My nails were growing very fast, strong and healthy and they would last up to 5 weeks before I needed an infil. Currently, I am on my biab journey which is such a big transition but the best one I have ever made. A big shoutout to Sandra who mainly does my nails as she does an excellent job always. Overall, If you are looking for a nail shop with great service, lovely staff and of course amazing nails… Nailastic is the place for you!!

   Made an appointment with this nail shop after I got it recommended by one client. When called, the Staff was polite and I explained what I wanted and asked how much they charge to remove whatever I had on my nails. I was able to make an appointment for Tuesday but when I arrived for my appointment the lady asked what I had on my nails. I started to explain what it was and only to be told they do not remove (powder/acrylic on my own nails), the lady said it’s everywhere on their website and just had this “oh well” look on her face. I think it’s super unprofessional to not mention this to anyone who calls to make an appointment and especially when I mentioned I already had something on my nails and that I have never been to their nail shop before. My work involves in facial treatments and I really feel as they did not even care to mention all this beforehand(I did mention I do facials so I wanted something very simple). Not everyone will go on their website to check for this. It’s a Nail shop, how can you not have machines to take off any type of nail product. Very disappointed and I wasted my time on waiting for an appointment that got cancelled by the end. It’s unfair to waste other peoples time and as a business you need make sure to mention THIS type of things even though its on your website. I run a business too and I still mention things that needs to be told, just in case.

   Best nail salon I have ever been to in London. I have been going there for a year now I think and Edwina has been nothing but the sweetest person I have met! I highly recommend as the nails are always perfect and they last really long!
