   I would like to start this review off by saying that this is my local nail salon and every time I’ve come here I’ve left feeling like the service wasn’t the best. The owners are friendly however this doesn’t excuse the poor service that I received yesterday. I paid for a french tip pedicure. Everything was fine until she started painting my toes without even shaping the nails?!! This led to the tops being wonky and uneven, this is very standard in any sort of nail treatment/ service you receive. She also filed down the surface of my toes excessively which I don’t appreciate as it wasn’t need for a regular polish pedi. She applied very thick layers of polish on to the nails, leading the nails not to dry properly. I was sat in this shop from 4:30 till closing and was rushed out at 7 on the dot. My feet were under the fan for at least an hour and a half or more. It’s the next day and my nails have smudged so much beyond the point of repair. I am so extremely disappointed as I often do my toes myself and never experience this problem. I would’ve gone back to the salon to get them fixed but I know it would be the same problem again and judging from the other reviews it doesn’t seem like I would have a fair response from them. You are a nail salon, please learn how to accommodate to everyone’s needs and provide longevity for WHATEVER type of nail products you use to create the sets that people ask for. A regular polish pedicure shouldn’t be this much hassle. I won’t ever waste my money here again. A £35 pedi didn’t even last 24 hours.

   I went and had a file and polish which cost £15 and I smudged a nail, my fault, I went back to get it touched up I apologised to her and even offered to pay. The response I received was a face like thunder and she said, I believe it was the owner, that it's not about paying but I was her first customer and I begin her day like that. She reluctantly redone it which took all of 2 minutes. But her attitude was rude there's no custoner service at all. Plus she is overpriced for something that doesn't even look nice or professional. This was the biggest waste of my hard earned money, so not worth it!!!! To top it all she charges £3 extra for the cost of heating. I have never heard or seen such a thing. She will NEVER get my custom again. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS.

   Not only was the customer service disgusting, the people at the other nail salon I had to go to on the same day told me my nails are likely to fall off within the week because they’re so badly done. There’s a salon down the road that charges less and is significantly better.

   I had a pedicure done by the daughter who put on about 15 layers. It then didn't try properly due to all the layers and smudged when I left. I returned to the shop to be spoken to very rudely by the manager who insisted her daughter did my nails properly and like the other reviews, was very rude and defensive. She was basically blaming me for walking! Lol. Anyways, I haven't been back since, it was more upsetting and embarrassing because she spoke to me like rubbish infront of other customers. I had 2been a loyal customer since day one and I mean literally the day her shop opened anyways another customer lost!
