   I had been to TN spa a few times and been happy with the results but unfortunately I recently got a pedicure there and was uncomfortable with the hygiene levels - there was no evident sterilisation of the equipment used, the woman drew blood several times when doing my toes and wasn't wearing gloves. A day later I then started with a severe infection in my leg and was hospitalized with cellulitis. The doctor confirmed this was from a cut sustained at the pedicure. Do not come here, extremely dangerous.

   My semipermanent on my nails broke apart by the second day. I went to fix it twice again in a week. The employee who toke care of them did a very terrible job. I can’t go back a third time. And the second time they applied a wrong shade of red.

   I went there by chance as my usual salon was too full to fit me in and I'm really glad I did. The man who did my nails (didn't catch his name) was gentle and very meticulous with the BIAB to get all the nails even. He took his time to make sure the nails and the design were perfect even though it was past closing time already. The ambiance was very relaxed and nice, my nails look stunning - I'm very happy and definitely going back.

   Absolutely love coming here to have my nails done! Have been coming regularly every month for almost a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re really friendly and accommodating, and always have a great array of music videos playing - my personal favourites are when it’s Vietnamese pop artists. They also do my Hayley inspired chrome polish perfectly. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

   It felt good to return back to TN Nails to get my Christmas nails done, however there is one nail technician that was doing my nails, I found him rude, I ask him politely to hold onto my nails gently not hard, especially weren’t happy with the results of my nails as they were left lumpy. I told Lynn I wasn’t happy the way the male technical spoke to me, and felt uncomfortable, he shouted at me in front of customers stating I was rude as well which I found embarrassing in front of customers. Apologies I won’t be returning again.

   I've been going here for over a year now and I can say that it's nice place, does a good job, quick and professional. The man and the woman who managing the salon is the best .. all the staff is friendly and caring with the customers and I definitely recommend The Spa Nails salon, but my highest recommendation is for the man. Can find that is busy place sometimes and you need to wait for a while if just arrived and asking for service, so if you don't want that , you need to call them for appointment time,before you visit it.

   Had my first ever set of acrylics put on yesterday and they look really good. Colour and finish is nice. However, the experience in the salon wasn’t very good - very poor communication given it was my first time and I had no idea what I needed to do - questions were just barked at me which was quite nerve wracking. At the end when my nails were drying I had no idea how long to wait and ended up sat in the chair waiting for ages. Was also a really rushed experience (my technician was the guy), and when he was filing my nails it was super rough (which I thought could be part of the process/ my fingertips are soft) but he has left cuts across 5 of my fingertips which are now sore when I wash my hands. I spoke to friends after and this isn’t normal. So overall good look and reasonable price (£22) but not a nice and quite painful experience! Pics attached - quite blurry but think you get the picture.

   Very nice nail shop. The staff are lovely and the nails are done to a high standard. They check in with you often to make sure they're doing exactly what you want which I find very helpful because sometimes you change your mind halfway through. They accept cash and bank transfer which is very convenient for me. They don't accept card so make sure you have mobile banking set up if you're not paying with cash. I've been twice and will continue to go.

   I was a walk-in and by chance they had availablilty. Lovely young lady removed my old gel and reapplied a new gel colour. She was quick and precise. They came out looking beautiful, I am extremely pleased with the results! Only recommendation is that the salon itself needs a clean. I will definitely be back

   Staff is friendly. I am not really happy with my last visit. Girls are doing nails really well but man who working there do not have enough experience ( maybe I am wrong ) but I attached pictures and I think it it really bad compare to other places where I was doing my nails. Nails shouldn't look like this for second day. Other thing I don't like because he was doing it in rush ( I called 1 hour in advance that I will come) and some of the nails wasn't covered with colour (((
