   This was one of the most unprofessional nail experiences I’ve had. I’m not a hater in general. I’ve been to so many salons, and this was by far the worst in terms of quality and care. They clearly overbooked appointments and were rushing the entire time, to the point where they refused to take the time to perfect my nails. There was a serious lack of patience, and the results weren’t good—objectively. My skin was cut, it bled, and when I pointed it out, they barely acknowledged it. Instead of ensuring a proper, clean finish, they prioritized speed over quality. For the price I paid, I expected much better. If they can’t handle the number of clients, they shouldn’t take so many appointments. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values attention to detail and proper care.

   It’s definitely a 5 star service! I was a bit sceptical at first with the overall reviews being 4 but I must say my manicure and pedicure were perfectly done and much better than other places in the area. Thank you!

   Went to do nails today for the first time with them. Lady was Friendly and very clean nail shop. If they put a little bit long time to do manicure to shaped nails that would be nice. The nail shape is not straight but it's oky for now. Have to see how long the gel stay. Will defo go again and ask for a bit long job ❤️

   I was recommended NY Nails by a friend and honestly, the best my nails have been done in London. I like really natural look and they Have suggested different methods to match what I want (even when it means it costs less!) Truly amazing value and lovely staff.
