They ended up taking a chunk of my heel when removing dead skin from my heel which is now bleeding… Ended up with rounded square rather than round but I didn’t mind too much. Had to ask them to correct a lot of the shapes and nail smoothness as they were a lot of rough edges before they put polish on Quite a language barrier so you do need to be patient and just double check things with them before they do it.

I recently had the worst experience at this salon, and I feel compelled to warn others and request a refund. I came in asking for milky nails, but what I received was beyond disappointing. First, the polish the nail technician applied had a shimmer in it, which was not what I wanted at all. When I politely asked her to mix it with a light pink to match what I originally requested, she proceeded to apply five thick coats of polish. When I pointed out that my nails looked too thick and not at all what I wanted, she blamed me, saying it was my fault because I asked her to mix the colors. Her attitude was completely unprofessional. She rushed through the rest of my nails, skipping basic steps like applying hand cream, and the nails ended up looking horrible—thick, uneven, and nothing close to what I asked for. I left the salon in disappointment, but I had to get them fixed before my holiday the next day. I went back and politely asked Kaia, the nail technician, to fix the issues. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she was rude, blaming me again in front of other customers and telling me to wash my hands and sit down in an unpleasant tone. When I asked her to file down the nails to reduce the thickness, she grudgingly did so. To avoid another disaster, I requested a regular polish this time to avoid the bulky look from the five layers of sheer polish she initially applied. She filed my nails very aggressively, leaving me with painful cuts on my nail beds, which I will attach to this review as proof. Her technique was awful, and it was clear she lacked experience and skill. I decided to change the color to something simpler, thinking it might be more manageable for her, but she still rushed through the process, leaving my nails looking even worse. On top of that, while I was doing my pedicure—which, by the way, was done immaculately by the male staff—the boss kindly offered me a bottle of water. However, while I was getting my pedicure done, one of the female staff members took my water bottle away without asking. To make matters worse, while I was there, the staff were openly looking at me and speaking in their language, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was clear they were talking about me, which is completely unprofessional and added to the already unpleasant experience. In the end, I paid and left feeling incredibly disappointed and upset. My nails were such a mess that I had to go home and file them down myself to make them look somewhat presentable. This experience was an absolute nightmare, and I will never, ever return to this salon—not even for a removal. Given the poor service, rude behavior, and the fact that I had to fix my nails myself, I would like to request a refund. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this place if you want professional service and quality results.

This is the first time I visited Happy Nails and they were friendly with a v reasonable price. However the guy who did my nails painted on my fingers continuously and even made my finger bleed with the small drill tool that removes gel nail varnish. He was lovely and apologetic but the nails had quite a messy finish and I still have paint on sections of my fingers. I didn't really want to ask them to remove it because it was quite painful! Don't think I'll go back for this reason.

I had my nails done second time here, this time just an infill for my acrylic powder. My monarch butterfly nails came out of a dream. Tiny is amazing, she can do any design you want, no matter how complex it is. She is so talented, creative and patient. I changed the starting colour for my nail design and she was very nice and patient. I really appreciate and next time I will be more precise about the colours from the beginning. Thank you so much for making my nails beautiful and happy.❤️

Pros are that they were able to fit me in relatively quickly despite me being a drop in customer. Sadly, the major con is that the service I received was very poor and has left my nails permanently damaged. I was in for an acrylic removal and left with my nails practically destroyed because they have been sanded so deeply it was actually painful. It was my first time getting the procedure so I didn’t know what to expect and thought the discomfort I felt was normal. My nail beds have been sanded aggressively and unevenly. Not much for me to do but wait until they grow out completely - Happy Nail is definitely one to avoid for removals.

I have used this nail salon since September 2021 when I discovered the little gem! Ever since I have not been disappointed! I give them nail designs and they always mirror the design and I never leave disappointed. The owner is really great with ideas and his colleagues are just as talented. I have recently had pedicures and they are just as great! Highly recommend!

Really happy with my nails, perfect shape and executed the design well. He was constantly checking I was happy with all aspects of the process. I would say there is only one guy that can do nails properly the others only know the basics. I will be back either way!
