   This was my first time getting my nails done here, and what I got was disappointing, a waste of time and a disappointment. Some technicians might do a beautiful job, but the one who did mine probably did a bad job. I regret spending 70 pounds for this. I will never go back again.

   I want to explain my experience at Nails4U. On the day ( not too many days ago) I went to do my nails, they told me that they take five pounds for removing nails. That is why they charged me five pounds that day. I accepted it because I was doing my nails afterwards. Today I called them again to ask the price for removing nails, and this time they told me that it is not five pounds, it is fifteen pounds. I asked myself why they told me five pounds on that day but now they are saying fifteen pounds. My nails were not extensions, so I did not understand the change. I was already not fully satisfied with the result when I did my nails there. After the service, I did not feel happy with how my nails looked. So when they gave me a different price today, I felt even more disappointed. Overall I am not satisfied with my experience at Nails4U. The pricing was not consistent and the result of the nails was not good. I would not recommend this place based on what I experienced.

   I had a wonderful manicure today. The technician took time to shape my nails beautifully and apply the color evenly. The salon was incredibly clean with a peaceful atmosphere. It felt like a relaxing escape from the day.

   I had a lovely French manicure here, the polish tones were perfect, which can be tricky to get right. My pedicure was also great, and the eyebrow wax was done with care and really improved the shape. The owner is very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in her work. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely return.

   Booking was easy. As it was difficult for me to book the same set of services for 2 people at the same time on their system, a quick call sorted the issue. It was hard to find a salon that was open for NYE, let alone one in the bank area that did extensions, this place did it! Everything was explained over the phone and booking was quick. Prices are very reasonable and their quality of work was brilliant! Would definitely recommend!

   Was a regular but won’t come again, charging £45 for acrylics and french tip for them to look transparent and yellowish... I didn’t notice the bad quality before because I would only get dark colors They will pressure you to get the gel but I got the gel and it still look see through At least they lasted 3 weeks which is very good but wish they would be a better quality

   This place does not even get a star! First of all, The shape came out all funky, had to tell them man to sort a couple of nails out even then it didn’t look right, second of all they use standard nail polish, I asked for gel polish, he completed ignored. When I came home, all the nail polish was smudged, so I had to take the nail off and now gonna have to shape and paint them myself!

   Went to the Bethnal Green branch of this chain and they offered shoe repairs. So I brought in 2 pairs of shoes, (see photos) the light brown for new bottoms, sole and polish, the dark brown just for a polish and heel. Both came back damaged! with no new soles and polish... All I requested was just money back, and I'll pay myself to get the dark pair repaired myself and the light pair I'll just throw away. The owner would only offer a half refund, claiming they already paid someone to "repair the shoes...". Unfortunately, extremely unhelpful and quite rude...
