   I had BIAB removal and reapplication carried out by someone who was clearly inexperienced. My existing BIAB was removed (using an electric file) whilst taking off a significant amount of the natural nail underneath. My nails were left extremely sore, and the skin around my fingers was cut and bleeding. I would normally have walked out, but I had an important meeting the following day and needed the situation resolved. The initial application was very thick and uneven, so it had to be completely filed down and redone by another member of staff. The excessive filing and multiple cuts to the skin around my nails has left me in considerable pain since. While I did receive an apology, I was still charged £40 for what was genuinely a distressing experience. This was the worst nail appointment I have ever had. I want to be clear that there are several very good technicians here, including a couple of the men. However, this individual should not have been left unsupervised, and I was not informed in advance that he was a novice. That lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially for a treatment that can cause real damage when done incorrectly. At this stage, I also have no way of knowing the full extent of the damage caused, as I will need to have this BIAB safely removed elsewhere. Only then will I be able to see what condition my natural nails have been left in.

   After looking for sooooo long for a good nail place I finally found the best!! My first experience was to get a set of acrylics done with gel and it surpassed my expectations! She did exactly what I wanted even down to the colour and they lasted it for so long! My second experience, I just decided to get a luxury pedicure with gel and I was not expecting what I got, and I mean it was luxury! They let you pick from different types of scrubs and creams. They put fresh oranges into the water and use hot stones to massage your legs along with a hot towel too! I couldn’t believe how amazing it was and I can’t wait to go back again! I will not be going to any other nail shop and this is now my go to!! ♥️♥️

   I went to the nail spa for the first time this morning. They where amazing and my nails are beautiful. The attention to detail is brilliant. They are all so friendly, offered me and hot drink and also accommodated my little girl to sit with me. Defiantly recommended.
