Amazing !!! My favorite place everytime I’m in London. I get stiletto French which really shows a nail techs skills although so simple but I’m never not satisfied here the shape is perfect and the French is perfect! They care about making it look good and it shows so much and time wise it’s quite convenient. I don’t even mind who does my nails all of them are lovely. My retention is insane too my last set lasted over a month no lifting and when I got them removed my nails were still the healthiest gel could have them. Worth that extra price you pay
I was really disappointed with my visit here. The salon was unclean, with nail dust everywhere, cluttered stations and no sign of proper sanitation. I noticed the same tools and files being reused on multiple clients without sterilisation, which is a major red flag. Even though I booked a manicure, the nail tech did not clean my cuticles and shaped my nails into an almond style when I had shown a square rounded. On top of that, the nail art was done very approximately, with the tech forgetting to add details shown on the picture. The base coat was not applied evenly, the edges are messy. After my visit I experienced a cuticule infection on the side of my left middle finger due to harsh filing which resulted in a skin cut. Overall a poor experience, both in terms of cleanliness and quality of service. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon.
I always have a great experience at this nail salon. The team is warm, professional, and truly attentive to detail. My nails are always beautifully done and long-lasting. You can tell they really care about delivering a high-quality service and making sure you feel comfortable and pampered. I highly recommend it!
Had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I travelled 50mins hoping to have a finished result I would be happy with. Whilst the nail tech wasn't bad the application of the nails was poor and I had to remind her minutes later to clean excess glue and varnish on my fingers. The main issue is that the nail extensions at the tip is too thick and bulky and my actual nail is protruding through at the top. At the end of nail appointment I mentioned that my nail was protruding but I was told this was because my nails were not cut or filed down prior to the appointment. This should have been explained before the appointment. I had the nails done on 7 April, called on the 8 April wanting to request the nails to be taken off and re-applied by another nail artist. I followed up with an email the same day but haven't had a response. This is really disappointing service to have experienced especially as I wanted to treat myself to beautiful nails but this is not what I recieved.
I've visited here quite a few times now for a pedicure. All the girls are lovely and I always come away feeling great. My last gel pedicure lasted several weeks without chipping at all. I'm definitely going to keep coming back ☺️

Lovely atmosphere. Really nice decor. I went with my sister and mum to get our nails done for my sister's wedding. Part of the reason we chose Awe London was the hope that it would be more of an experience of getting our nails done all together for a special occasion, which is was! The nail techs were friendly & we were offered a glass of prosecco/orange juice. We was the only ones there for our bookings which probably contributed to the lovely and relaxed atmosphere. Their colour selection was a bit disappointing as I wanted shades from light to dark of one colour, but my tech tried hard to find the right shades & she didn't make me feel bad/rushed. My manicure wasn't perfect, they didn't last as long as other manicures have, she seemed to have trouble applying the top coat on a few nails as she did some nails 3 times. The shaping of the nails was a bit off as most of them kind of slanted to one side slightly - I'd already mentioned it about a couple nails I'd noticed during (which she did without making me feel bad about asking tbf) and the gel was applied quite far from the cuticle so a few nails looked like it already had a little bit of grow out and made it much more obvious and like they were older than they were when my nails did start growing out. But overall I was happy and I am a bit of a perfectionist anyway and I think she was new - and you can only get better with practice right! I really liked my nail tech, she was really friendly, just needs bit more experience maybe. Plus the price was great. I do think they should let you know if you'll be with a newer technician when making the booking though, as it limits your design options and especially if you're getting them done for a special occasion, some people might be even more particular about it. I've just remembered that my sister actually sent pictures of the designs we all wanted before booking so they should have said then really that my designs wouldn't have been doable with my tech, luckily I had a much simpler design I'd also found just before going. But overall, a lovely experience for a good price.
I absolutely love coming to this nail salon the staff are really nice and attentive my nails always look amazing when I leave and I look forward to my appointments. I have very weak send nails so I often struggle with finding new nail technicians who will listen to me. I’ve had no issues at awe nails. On my first appointment I even booked to have apres nails but my nails needed a break and the lovely staff member suggested I try bio (something) to help my nails grow I’ve been doing that for a few weeks with them and my nails look amazing couldn’t be happier!!!
Wow! I have found a new nail salon for sure. The technicians are amazing, well presented, full of knowledge and have an eye for detail. My acrylic set came out lovely and the luxury pedicure with fresh rose petals was unlike anything I've experienced prior. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.
