   I wish I had read the reviews before walking in with my niece for a gel manicure. This was her treat as she has her grad ceremony this week. Such a poor experience, I was so ashamed this is our high street retailer. Here’s a quick summary. 1. Staff is rude and racist. First words from the older lady’s mouth to my niece “where are you from”. Not in the warm curious way but in a way that is obvious in its connotation. Through the service they made us feel unwelcome and almost like they were doing us a favour. Everything was too much effort. My niece couldn’t even spend an extra minute selecting a colour without being made to feel like we were time wasters. 2. Poor job with nails. Thick stubby poorly done work. I am aghast they are still operating with such great nail salons in the area to choose from. 3. Another reviewers have mentioned, we too got harassed for payment. They accept bank transfer which I made in front of the lady. She checked everything, I got a confirmation. All good you would think. But no. Since they operate a business account transfers perhaps are not instant. She made us sit there wait uncomfortably and insinuated that we didn’t pay and could not leave till she got her money. After 15 exasperating minutes I walked out leaving them with all my details. Obviously the money was transferred but not a single polite word. 4. Inconsistent pricing. They have no displayed prices so please double check before you begin as they simply hike the price up mid service and when asked about what was agreed earlier we were simply told “that staff doesn’t know the rates” though that same staff member was present when the rates were shared. Anyways who will bother fussing over £3-5 once service has started. I hope no one else walks in without reading reviews. There are many super trusted salons in the area and any of them will do a better job at a lower price with a polite service.

   I’ve been coming here monthly for a pedi, booking in advance and paying a deposit. They constantly double book, run late, rush, and the quality suffers. Today I waited 40 mins, my nails didn’t match because the therapist changed midway, and when I returned to fix it, I was met with attitude as if it were my fault. Only kept coming due to convenience, not service. This is definitely the final visit.

   Great prices and great staff! Super friendly and will go above and beyond. Last time I wanted a certain shade of blue they didn’t have for a design and she mixed a couple of colours and made the perfect colour! Have been about 6 times this year and will continue to go.

   I have been coming here for over a year and never had an issue so i dont understand the negative reviews. Everyone is so welcoming and my nails always look amazing! I specifically really enjoy Rosie’s work she pays great attention to detail, always make sure the final touches are done & makes my nails look amazing. I have biab on right now done by her and i love them. I highly recommend this place if your local!!

   Terrible customer service as on 3 occasions I have booked an appointment and each time have still had to wait over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement, apology or compensation. Dan nails is extremely overpriced for their level of skill as simple designs such as a French tip is a struggle for them which I would assume is a basic level of nail art. The staff laugh and gossip about customers and are extremely unprofessional which creates an uncomfortable environment and I will not be returning.

   The service here is fantastic. I had biab with a gel colour on top and the staff were lovely, my nails look fab! would definitely recommend, such care and precision is taken- i will definitely be going back again. I had kim and she was lovely.

   I'm always very wary of trying new nail salons as I've had more bad experiences than good and I'm also very picky but I'm happy to say that this place definitely exceeded my expectations. The salon itself is really nice and modern (definitely the most aesthetically pleasing nail salon in the area) The staff are also lovely and welcoming. Little added extras like being offered a drink make all the difference and the prices are reasonable too. Very happy with my nails and would definitely recommend.

   Hello, don’t go here. I asked for a certain letter and style which isn’t that hard to do i could literally do it myself and i’m not a nail technician but they had to redo it a million times and the letter is wonky, uneven and doesn’t look good. I had to order stickers to cover the mess. They didn’t clean the bottom of my nails either. Spent £38 for this stuff and keep in mind they charged my friend £35 for one colour only and no style or letters. Just a plain colour. Don’t waste your money
