I am obsessed with my nails, I did cat eye biab, it was my first time and I’ll be going back again. Friendly staff, affordable prices and the shop was very clean.
Avoid!!!!!!! I and my husband had a pedicure at this place. My experience was not pleasant at all. I saw the male doing a message for my husband after applying some cream, so I kindly asked the lady who was doing my pedicure when I am going to get my little massage she replied that she is not supposed to massage at any point of the process then I said curiously then why your colleague is doing it for my partner , she replied that he is not getting a color while I am going to apply shellac so she skipped that step. The lady said sarcastically and in very rude tone that I could go and I get that in a massage shop not here. She treated me in very disgraceful way. That was rude and inacceptable, I am not going to walk again into that shop.
super nice people, very talkative with it’s so nice to have conversations. i went in there around 6:20 they close at 7pm however they still took me in and did my nails and they came out cute and well done.
I had the worst experience last Saturday. Went to get my nails, two different people were worked on my hand. I wanted a design and politely showed them the picture. The guy who was painting the nails,he completely messed up. I tried to inform him, he was bit annoyed. He threw a tantrum and poured the liquid all over. I will recommend this place if you are getting nails by the ladies. They are very professional and friendly.

My first time getting my nails painted at one stop nails was amazing! Celine was so kind and did an amazing job, everyone in the shop was friendly and the shop itself is amazingly clean and well taken care of. An amazing experience!
I did my nails here, not a bad place to do your nails in South Woodford. But the staff were speaking in Mandarin/Cantonese for more than an hour that I was there. I find it very rude and disrespectful, as they were speaking in another language all the time and laughed while also looking at customers . It made me so uncomfortable as it genuinely seemed they were making fun of me and the other customers. Not once did they ask me how I am or attempt to make conversation with myself or other customers, which is just rude. I will not return to this salon because of this, as I find it very unprofessional to behave like this in front of paying customers.
Brought my girlfriend here for a little pamper day and she had the best time ever, the staff were all so friendly and my girlfriend loved her nails and pedicure! She said she would definitely be coming back! Happy girlfriend so giving you guys a 5*
Went in for a manicure and pedicure with polish. The manicure and pedicure were done so quickly - felt like the nail tech just rushed the job. She cut too much cuticle from fingers, even cut my finger. No cuticle cream or oil were put on. My cuticles are dry and rough. Stayed and dried my nails for 30-40mins. Wasn’t even offered a drink. Nails on my fingers and toe were chipped so quickly as the technician hadn’t even sealed the top of my nails with the polish. It’s day 2, and they look awful. If done right it usually is really nice for at least a week on my finger nails. And it lasts ages on my toes but on one toenail it’s come off already. Waste of £35
