Terrible service!! I had been to the shop a couple of times and the owner has said as long as you get there before 7pm she can do your nails. I took my happy self one day and at in the shop around 6.30 pm. She saw me take a seat and let me wait for 15 minutes before saying she couldn’t see me and I should leave the shop. HOW RUDE! I reminded her of what she had told me about the the time cut off and she said no she just can’t go my nails now. Well how about saying that when I first sat down and not after I had invested 15 minutes of wait time!? Such bad customer service and rude. They get complacent these places but don’t they know these shops are 3 a penny and in every high street these days!?? I asked her if she was sure about this? She said yes. I told her if I leave here now I will never come back and I mean it! I will never darken that doorstep again!! The 1 star rating I gave was too much for this place FFS!!
Absolutely wonderful shop have been here 3 times so far and I can't see myself using any other nail shop they have rose to evey challenge I've given them so far and love the designs I have done

I visited this week on a friend's recommendation taking my daughter for her 1st manicure. She was thrilled with her nails. I will definitely go back for a manicure & pedicure.
Love love coming to do my nails here. They do it so well every time and I’ve never been disappointed. Great customer services, staff are so nice to customers and actually listen to what we want. Looks like I’ve found my permanent nail salon!
Had a shellac manicure and pedicure. Very impressed, especially with the pedicure which was a thorough foot soak, dead skin removal and foot scrub with the added bonus of sitting in a massage chair. All for the reasonable price of £50. They were efficient. Although we were booked in for treatments they had a good few drop ins who were dealt with in good time and they also adhered to good hygiene standards in between treatments. Would go back.
