Amazing nails every time, the lady always does EXACTLY what i ask for ! She is the best and they always have the latest trend. Atmosphere is great, I always have a laugh in the salon.Definitely recommend coming here if you want a good nail shape and designs ! Thank you for your amazing work !
Went to this place and asked for french tips. All the nails were crooked and uneven. Told the staff multiple times as the service was going on and was told that they will file them at the end. The lady was extremely unprofessional and had no hygiene. She filed her nail as she was doing mine with the same filer. She took a call while doing my nails. When I vocalised my concerns she called a colleague over to look at the nails. He bursted out laughing while looking at my nails and they spoke in their language the whole time. He then finished the nails off and the women left the shop. I told him my concerns and was repeatedly ignored by every staff member at the shop. They were speaking in their language about my issues but were refusing to acknowledge me. They can speak English and did so at the start of the service. Towards the end they didn't fix the crooked nail and got polish all over my hands. When it came to pay I told them I wasn't paying full price as I repeatedly told them the issue and they called the lady back. She came back and knew she had messed up and before even speaking to us regarding the concern she began to scream, insult and shout at us while baracading us in the store. One of us paid full price as we was happy with the nails. However, I told her I wasn't paying full price as she ruined all my nails. She continues to scream and insult me. As I was trying to leave I ended up paying a discounted price and she was still screaming at me as I left. She used racist and Islamaphobic language as we were walking down the street. I am never returning back and recommend others do not go either. If I could give this zero stars I would!!! Absolute awful service!!!P
Been going here for years and harry always gets me right I always go plain and get French tips usually but I’ve added a few of designs I got but yes definitely my favourite nail shop ❤️recommend for sure !
honestly i might just cry. i went to get my nails done today and they’re not what i wanted at all, they look messy and rushed . they also had to be redone because the guy used blue instead of black. normally i don’t have a problem getting my nails done here but today made me so upset. like how hard is it to make a swirl look neat and use the right colours??? like why is the red over the black too
This is my go to nail shop, Katie always get it done how I like it regardless of how difficult the nail design is. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Prices are very affordable too.
I’ve had my nails done by Katie a few times and she does a great job. She takes the time to do the small seashell details and also advises on colour pairing. I’ve got blue shells for Christmas and New years this time.
Zero stars if I could. One of my nails wasn’t straight so I spoke up and the “manager” said I was being difficult and he will just take the whole thing off. Didn’t understand one correcting one nail meant I was difficult when I’m paying for a service. The whole nails hadn’t even been done, it was whilst he was filing, I realised he had filled one too much. Anyway since I was threatened with removal of the nails I didn’t want to stay because I could tell I was being rushed. I asked for the nails to be removed and he kept flinging around my hands, I asked if he could be gentle and he called someone else to take them off for me. The person who took over, young tall male was much gentler and even apologetic, very kind from the start as I initially started with him. It was my first time here, wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t come back. I was getting rude stares from the “manager” and he kept repeating “you need to go” and I should hurry up and put my hands in the boiling hot acetone so I could leave. I’m not sure MMA was used. Based on the residue left on my hand it looks like EMA. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a picture of the nails before they were quickly cut off in anger but my friend managed to get them during the soak off. Ironically you can see the nail that was crooked/ not straight even from the way it was cut off. The anger was unnecessary, I know I was the last customer but I could have easily been told “can you come back tomorrow” but instead I was told to stay that they could do the nails.
Katy is amazing, my first time doing my nails here & she absolutely nailed it!! All I had to do is show her a pic of what I want & she replicated it soo well. 10/10
