   Lovely ladies very accommodating and friendly. First time visiting this salon and I was blown away by how friendly warm and welcoming the staff were. I have moved here recently and been looking for the right place and glad to say I have found it! Unfortunately I was late and couldn’t get everything I wanted done due to my own timing, but they were still accommodating to get my pedicure done so efficiently, with care not rushing and my toddlers nails painted. She was so happy with her sparkly pink nails and the lady did them with such care. Highly recommend. Hard to find such lovely customer service these days. Positive attitude can make your day sometimes and these ladies did just that! Excited for my next trip

   I got a pedicure done here, and the person who started who I believe was the owner did not do it properly. She rushed through the service, and there was still dead skin left on my feet. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it, she became very argumentative. After about 15 minutes of back-and-forth, her colleague finally stepped in and completed the pedicure properly. Overall, I would rate the service as very poor. They don’t soak your feet in water for 10–15 minutes beforehand, which makes it harder for dead skin to come off. They also don’t use a razor to remove the dead skin instead, they just keep rubbing on dry skin, which was uncomfortable later on

   I have been attending this nail salon for almost 4 years now, and Rosie and her team always give excellent service, but today I have to say they went above and beyond to not only give me a great service as always but also reduced my stress levels. Today after having my lashes appointment rearranged 3 times in one day by the lash owner I was beyond stressed. I then had to rearrange my appointment, with Rosie. As always Rosie and her team where so accommodating and went above and beyond to complete my infill gel nails and gel pedicure in record time so that I would not miss my lashes appointment. They also reduced my stress levels with constant reassurance as I was so worried I would miss my rearranged lash appointment. The thing I love most about this salon is that its clean the staff are professional and truly care about their customers, and its value for money. I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience excellent customer service this is the place to come to. Rosie , you and your team are truly amazing Thank you

   Best salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to almost every nail salon in the Ilford/Woodford area and my first time at Tippi Nails yesterday was the best experience I’ve had to date. They are keeping Covid measures to keep staff and customers safe - I really appreciated this! They are super friendly (feels like a community even with other customers!). Most importantly though, I’ve never had a French tip Manicure and Pedicure this perfect. The gentleman who did mine was so precise, didn’t cut any corners and checked I was happy with how they were looking regularly. They also keep snacks for customers! This will be my go-to nail salon.

   I came to this nail shop because of the outstanding reviews. I arrived around 20 minutes early for my appointment but still wasn't seen until 10 minutes after my appointment was booked. The lady who was clearly the owner was lovely. I asked for acrylic nails extra length in white nail polish purely because her prices for gel were ridiculous and based on how badly she did my nails I'm happy I avoided paying £67. I showed her a picture of the expectation of how my nails usually are (Please look at images) and she assured me that the awful job she was doing at that moment would level up to what I get in South London... she lied. I told her I didn't like what she was doing and she should just cut them down as long nails clearly were not her strength, she complained and said if she did that she would have to refile the nails. Overall the nails were not filed properly and the application of acrylic was terrible. If you are going here GET SHORT NAILS.
