   I got my gel nails done three days ago, but the polish started coming off the very next day. I went back to get them fixed yesterday evening, and now, less than 24 hours later, they’ve started chipping again. I have no idea what they did wrong, but it was my first time there, and I’m never going back. I don’t have the time to keep going back for fixes.waste of money

   Everyone in there is so lovely and friendly. The pricing is reasonable and they run to time really well. They are always really busy and sometimes don’t stop to clean. They are disinfecting the tools but small things like the tables make a big difference and I feel it the only thing that lets the place down on a really lovely service.

   1st nail broke off after one week by scratching my arm and bled, was very painful. 2 more nails broke off a week later from putting my shoes on. also got gems and they all fell off within the first week. will never be going here again. paid £63 for nails to be on for 2 weeks. completely wasted my money, i am fuming. if they see this i would like a refund.

   Lovely ladies at L’amore nails they always do a professional job, and always seem to be able to fit me in at short notice if need be, (I’m not very organised) despite being busy. Lovely clean salon.

   I have been going to this nail salon since 2018 when I moved to Woodford and it is the best. Gel polish lasts at least 2-3 weeks and service is always professional.

   I went in for a gel manicure for my wedding and had the worst experience! All of the girls seemed lovely but I was given a male nail tech and he didn't say more than 3 words to me the whole time. He was so rude and whilst all the other customers were having great chats I had to sit in silence. The quality of the manicure was also poor. I was nervous about cuticle work and he caused me to bleed on 3 of my nails from careless cuticle work and left stains from the nail polish all around my fingers. I went in for a fun pre-wedding treat and I left in tears. Cancelled my pedicure as I couldn't bear to stay any longer.

   I spoke on the phone with someone to book an appointment they did not mention that you need to 'bring your own nail kit' as a new requirement due to covid. I was charged for a nail kit at the salon that was not even used nor given to me at the end of my appointment. My gel pedicure came off within 2 hours on me leaving as in 3 of the nails were bare when I looked down I don't even know when or where they must of peeled off. When I called to let them know I kindly explained that I am a new mother and it had taken EXTREME planning to even get to the salon to my nails done in the first place so if they could arrange a partial refund for the poor work then that would be fine as I was unable to get back for them to 'fix' it. I was not rude I was not mad despite wasting my one and only chance to get my nails done only to leave with 2 green toe nails on my right foot. Yes they offered to fix but they were only offering what was convenient for them. I said multiple times I am unable to get back to the salon, they suggested bringing my baby with me because it only take 5 mins despite me saying that the fumes are dangerous for a newborn baby Nd so i was unable to come back in witb her. 1st and last time going. In the end I just accepted my money was wasted.
