I come regularly for a mani pedi. Best pedicure by a country mile. Thet are efficient and rskented folk. Precise and care about how their work looks.
Good set of nails done recently, always have a picture of what you want. 9/10 they have the skill to copy the inspo. Attention to detail and very communicative on asking what you want and if you like it…
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Went to this shop first time since moving near the area, and this is what I received after paying £50. I'm not the type to complain when it comes to my nails but this was just awful, came in on a Saturday first thing when it opened and was immediately felt rushed when my nails began, when i asked to cut shorter more than once i was ignored, shape was completely off and when i realised there was a hair underneath the topcoat i said for him to redo and after huffing and puffing he replied the topcoat has dried, nothing we can do. I was still so upset of the quality of my nails that i decided to message them on instagram with images of the nails as when i was speaking to them about it before i paid i was ignored as was told 'the shop is busy'. There response on instagram was for me to come in for them to redo. After i proceeded to come in a few days later i was laughed at by the staff who said my nails are perfectly fine and said ask anyone in the shop. Obviously they're delusional. Please do yourself a favour take this as a sign go spend your money on people who care about their business standards and the customer satisfaction. You'll be treated like a conveyor belt service, rushed and ignored until payment.

So I came in as a walk in and was seated straight away. For the most part there were no issues and my request was understood. Only reason I didn’t give 5 was because there wasn’t a clear price put on what I wanted and I had to take out what I thought would be enough but still at risk of having to go and take more out. Other than that the staff are accommodating and nice enough. Very fast service and I will probably visit again. Would advise calling first before walking in just to see how busy it is at the time.
The staff have changed since I was last there. I got the older male, not the one with tattoos on his neck. He was very rough, in such a hurry, it actually unsettled me. There was no hand massage, which is what I look forward to. The nail varnish was poorly applied, patchy. I would go back, but this time I would ask for another member of staff. Please can you speak to this staff member and tell him to go gentle with women’s hands, to calm down and to include a hand massage. For some women, it’s the only time they have to relax. Even though they are £10 cheaper than other nail bars, I think I may try out another place and compare the two.
LEFT WITH CUTS IN MY TOES AS THE GUY WAS RUSHINGReally bad service i went in today at 17:30 and ask them for colour in my toes something simple the guy was rushing and not doing the job properly what i wanted then i asked him to fix it the owner approached talking nonsense when i told him what was hapepning being rude and swearing ! Bad service
Had gel nails painted today on my fingernails and disappointed overall. Cost me £22 and the shape is hideous. I had to keep telling him to correct it and in the end I just gave up. No cuticle oil used and not wiped. I was just left there with the UV light and then told from afar “all done”. Just not a nice experience or service and my nails definitely don’t look £22 worth.
The worst manicure with gel polish I have ever received. Staff don’t clean their tools and apply polish extremely inaccurately. Skin around finger nails was all dirty, smudged in polish. Left with disappointment and -£27.
