   I returned to this shop having not been for many years and it has changed hands. I had a full set of acrylics done which looked great at the time but I lost three nails within a week which has never happened to me before. A junior put them on and then an older man finished them and he was visibly and verbally disappointed with the work the junior had started. It was quite awkward. Sadly won’t return.

   Awful customer service and extremely unkind. I was having a few acrylics soaked off and they were in the acetone for almost 35 minutes and it was starting to burn and the acrylics had already entirely come off and I explained this to the lady and she began screaming at me and being really horrible. The other customers were even shocked at this, I then left due to this experience. Awful place, would not recommend.

   its not on. absolutely not. the nails i showed for reference were no where near what i asked for , the base colour is completely off i hate it! the staff are even rude to customers and cant properly communicate to them, £45 for building blocks on my nails.

   First of all I want to say how rude the staff are as soon as I entered the shop. They were speaking in different language and were very unprofessional in-front of customers. The were rude and literally refusing to do any service on my nails which I have never experienced in my life. The lady was more concerned about her parking ticket and the man was more concerned elsewhere but not nails! They don’t know much English and are very confusing. Getting your nails done is supposed to be therapeutic this was horror! Please avoid next time don’t go! I ended up walking out because the level of communication was so poor.

   I love this nail shop. Run by a lovely couple. Yes, sometimes, just like at any other nail shop, there is a wait, either to start or during your appointment, but they always deliver perfect nails and clearly take the time and effort to do so. The pedicures are also amazing! To make it even better, they have a car park behind the shop, which I don't think any other nail shop on the high Street offers. So if you're like me and hate looking for parking on the high st (plus having to pay for it), this is the nail shop for you! They're also nice enough to let you leave your car while you quickly pop to Veenas.

   Don’t come to this place they’re rip off. They are rude and shout at you specifically the owner. They don’t speak and understand English and if you try to talk to them they will yell at you. Poor services and rude staff

   Horrible experience they talk bad about customers including me behind our backs in their language which they didn’t know I could understand. I asked to paint my nails red and they painted them pink. They also cook in the back which makes the whole shop smell of food. I would give a zero 0 if I could. I would never go back there again. And I would not recommend anyone to go there.

   I’d give 0 if I could. I wanted a simple acrylic pink french tip on both nails and toes and they agreed to this and told me a price, but once started my toes I realised they were not giving me what I asked for even though I showed them the picture repeatedly, they claimed I did not want to pay extra for acrylic on my toe so they decided to just plain paint them. I assumed they were doing acrylic toes. If they had asked me before they started I would have said yes acrylic please. Due to the severe miscommunication between them and I, I left the toes but they insisted that I pay for them even though nothing was done apart from cutting. The nails were rushed and look extremely patchy. I wouldn’t recommend going here as they cannot understand what the customer wants and force you to pay for services that you don’t even ask for.
