   I can't comment on the service as I didn't experience any treatment. I booked an appointment online, paying the £20 deposit for the appointment booking. I received email and text confirmations of my appointment. On arrival the salon was closed. I understand a notice saying the salon was temporarily closed was posted to instagram but I do not use instagram so was unaware. I feel this notice should also have been posted on their website (which I booked through). My time was wasted but the salon owner was very efficient and prompt in communicating with me, refunding me my £20 deposit and checking I received it etc. I will probably still book a future appointment with this salon to try their services, when they are open again.

   Rating low as they were unprofessional. I have been here twice before and the lady who does the nail work is good at her job. I have always booked them via Treatwell. This time around they changed my appointment time without asking me to 20 mins later. And further delayed by 15 mins on the day. I would have been ok with everything if only I got what I wanted to get done. After technically 35 mins of delay from the original booking, they refused to do chrome nails because that would take 10 mins extra! They need to build in buffer time between appointments if they are aware that delays in such service are inevitable. it is not possible to get inside the salon and see with your eyes what’s happening until they let you in. So, customer sits in reception of a public building with no visibility of why appointment is delayed until they respond via phone. Also, making a phone call to the customer before delaying their appointment on Treatwell would be more professional. They are not even appreciative of the fact that customer was not complaining for either the uninformed reschedule or delay in service. They could not adjust a 10min slight change in the ask in return for this. Awaiting my refund.

   Very poor quality. Charging like in very expensive salon, but it's not worth that money at all. This how they look after 2 day.

   Ericca was amazing!!! Love my nails so much. I got BIAB for the first time and she took so much care to walk me through the process. Erica's product knowledge was next level and she was just generally so nice to chat to. Will definitely be back!

   I really enjoy nails trip they have a really good self care atmosphere and it feels as though you are having a self care day. I have done my nails quite a few times and it has always been beautifully done and the nails tech always attend to your needs.
