   I got my first nails done here and I absolutely love it. My bf’s auntie and sister recommended here so. The lady who did my nails she was so good, quick and quality. She kept checking if the shape and length are correct and the price was only £40 for full set.

   Please don’t let the older guy do your nails! I haven’t had an issue with any of the other nail techs in the shop but the older male clearly just hasn’t been trained and there is no way he should be doing anyone’s nails. I don’t think it’s fair to charge anyone full price when they go to this technician. I asked for a French full set, it was honestly the worst set of nails I’ve ever had done. My nail beds have been drilled into and destroyed. The nails appeared to be all different lengths and shapes. The paint was so bad I went to another shop to get a repaint straight after. I know I should have complained when I was there, but it’s not in my nature to cause a scene in a busy shop so I paid full price. But this really shouldn’t happen to anyone else.

   the service was okay. the nail lady was quite cold and didn’t communicate much. however with the actual nails the shape wasn’t as sharp as i wanted and the tips were all different lengths on my hands and mostly my feet. also the retention is so bad my nail was peeking through literally a few days after. additionally the prices were extortionate, near to £100. i don’t think i’ll be returning ever again…

   I needed a new shop, after being unhappy with the previous one. They gave me a walk-in appointment, the wait was roughly 20mins. The lady that did my nails was lovely and attentive. I’ve been getting alot of compliments on them! Will definitely go back x

   I’ve used this shop because it’s local to me they have good service but thier work is atrocious they always end up cutting me to the point of blood being drawn I have had a bad infill where they have acc cut my cuticles off and left them burning and you can actually see the flesh underneath and was blood. They also don’t know how to do designs but they will say they do just to make more money and the pricing is on the walls but they charge you what they want to charge you.

   I went in for a full set before my holiday. The guy who did it was very slow and he couldn't do the basic. He didn't apply the acrylic properly and struggled to shape it. I had to tell him to make sure that the nails were even and correctly shaped. I even asked for someone else to do my nails but he ignored me. Very disappointed with the service. I would never go back here and would not recommend this nail shop to anyone.

   Three hours of a terrible experience with a very unqualified person! After all, attempts to fix I left with tears and treble nails for NYE.
