   Terrible!!!!!!!! Full set acrylics and she left me bleeding in 4 out of 10 fingers, severe pain and swelling. Didnt even ask me what shape i wanted and did whatever she pleased. Painted my nails worse than a 7 year old and acrylics glue dried up all around my cuticles! Also EVERY SINGLE NAIL IS DIFFERENT SIZE/SHAPE!!!! So bad and unprofessional ughhhh im angry at myself for paying rather than saying anything. My fingers are literally in agony from the cuts and she knew she was hurting me but continued to file because she was trying to get the hard dried up glue off which was not supposed to be there in first place. This was my second bad experience here: the first time round following a full set my nails (3) came of on the fourth day! All of them came of within a week. I thought il give them a second chance as they are local but NEVER AGAIN.

   Young lady is very good and i was happy with the nails she has done for me, however had my nails done by the gentleman twice and both times they looked unfiled and as if I done them myself. Told him to do a different shape and showed photo twice but he still ended up making it too rounded. Not coming again, unfortunately.

   My girlfriend is so happy with her nails that she asked me to leave a review for her! She always goes to this shop and she's always really happy when I pick her up. Its really well priced and there's loads of colours to choose from. The staff are really friendly to both of us whenever we come in. She will always keep coming back

   Worst experience ever. I got my nails done on new year’s eve. Firstly the shop and the tools they use were not clean at all. And then the lady who was doing my nails she was buffing it so much that my skin came off from my big toe and fingers. I got acrylics done and all the nails were different shaped. But my thumb nail was looking very bad so o asked her to redo it on what her daughter started misbehaving. The girl with the glasses was very rude and arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. Very bad service and rude staff

   Told them I wanted a normal polish on my toes & I only wanted a French tip with it they wanted to charge me £25 after getting them done I look up at the price board it says £18 & the man with the glasses said you have gel I said I didn’t ask for gel I said normal polish when I walked in & I know I said normal polish to him twice & he insisted that I said gel & then said they don’t have normal polish why didn’t you tell me this when I walked in I said i wanted normal so where exactly at the front of the shop does it say NO NORMAL POLISH THEN BECAUSE I HADNT SEEN IT IN THERE IF YOU HAVENT GOT IT IN AT LEAST TELL THE CUSTOMERS BEFORE RIPPING THEM OFF THEN BLAIM THE CUSTOMER THAT OLD MAN WAS RUDE THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE & SOME OF THEM ARE ABPURT WITH CUSTOMERS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN

   I use go to this shop every 3 weeks to get my nails done (Gel) normally fine however last week I had a booked appointment when I arrived they was extremely busy and I ended up having the man that is usually on reception re do my nails which I thought was odd because all the time’s I have been here never seen him actually doing anybody’s nails but I went with it as I was going out that evening. I wasn’t too pleased with the way he did them I’m normally in the shop for Around an hour but this time in and out with 1/2 an hour. The next day one nail chipped which actually broke my nail and others have chipped since. I work full time so the first opportunity I had I called them to nicely explain I wasn’t happy and asked if they could be re done free of charge. Was told to let them have a look and they will see! Because it maybe how I’ve been using my hands !!!! I asked if they would re do them as I feel I just had the receptionist do them because they was busy was told they are not sure. Explained I’m a regular customer never had any problems before until now so what could of changed as they normally last 3 weeks. Guy on the phone wasn’t helpful but rude, said ok well I won’t be returning to the shop and feel like they wasn’t bothered at all they have just lost a regular customer. Not the way to do business. Not happy at all will now be talking my custom elsewhere.

   Not even worth 1 star! Awful services and nails look horrible, I have acrylic stuck to my cuticles which are now cut due to trying to them trying to file it off, they are ridiculous thick and not even filed down... I wouldn't waste you money here guys... I only wanted my 2 1/2 week old set infilled... not a happy bunny! The lady then refused to do anything about it! Worst nail shop!
