   First time visiting and never again. Left me sitting there half way through a service to attend another lady without even telling me I’ll be back so I had to moan. One of my tips were cut too short & he was too lazy to re tip that one so he built the nail up with acrylic. Made my cuticles sore as him & the young girl were being too rough with them asked to turn the drill down they just gave me a dirty look like I am a moaner. Finished look is ok apart from the scruffy nail he built up at least it’s underneath

   Hit and miss really. First experience amazing, nails came out great especially for a walk-in. Came back for a infill which was a quite rushed when the place was empty. Gel polished applied unevenly, some nails missing a 2nd coat. Some parts of the nails the acrylic is uneven, the gel polish is picking up on it in the light. There is also no cuticle care, so I left with my cuticles looking dry and untidy.

   Had been using them for a while, went for an arranged appointment which I was left waiting 20 mins then a gutter 5 whilst the guys had a cigarette. Put that to a side I then had to ask numerous times for him to redo the white tips which visibly annoyed him. After numerous attempts and trying to explain the issue I left with the pictured nails. On complaining to who seems to be the manager I was told I could have £2 off no apologia or attempt to correct. I could have done the tips to this standard myself. Waste of time and £30

   I debated leaving this review but after talking to people realised this was not a normal experience by any means. I got this gel manicure a few days ago which looks fine. However, the nail tech made 6 of my fingers bleed (the scabs you can see which are healing now) as he was too rough with my nail bed. During the manicure, however, one of the fingers bled a bit much and ran over the nail. He tried painting over it once it dried. I told him to clean it off to which he proceeded to try and use nail polish remover on my open wound. 1) ouch 2) that did not work. After telling him multiple times to clean it and not just paint over it, he buffed the part of the nail with the blood off. I had been here a few times before where my experience was fine but never again. Definitely be aware of this, and speak up if something hurts, I was a little shy. It was quite painful.

   Lovely Shop, amazing nails, however would be nice to have a range of designs colours etc to choose from. *Update* Called + booked an appointment a Sat, turned up & was told they don't take bookings on Saturdays. Was rushed around and 3 different people did my nails. Be nice if they just focused on the one person at a time. My nails came crooked & I was cut a few times because i was rushed. Varnish looked awful! Not happy.

   I love my nails! I went for a full set (almond shaped). The shape was perfect and the finish was not too thick which I love. The guys there are friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

   Walked in hoping to get my acrylics removed and was able to be seated straight away. Only £10 for removal, and they take card which is always rare and nice for a nail salon. It was super quiet in there, only one other lady getting her nails done so there wasn’t really an atmosphere, but considering I was exhausted after work I liked the fact the nail tech didn’t talk to me at all lol. Some others may find that uncomfortable. The only reason it lost a star was because the decor/vibe inside was a bit off, looked like it needed a good deep clean and a lick of paint. Plus the lack of atmosphere thing. Other than that it’s perfectly fine!

   Love this place! I go every month, was looking for a new salon, recommended by a friend, loyalty card so money off after 7 trips, nails are always still on by the end of the month, loads of different colour acrylics!! Staff friendly, polite and talk to you. I love it here I always love my nails when there done been around 8 times so far and never been dissatisfied with the service.
