Henry Spencer & Sons managed my letting in Crookes for several years, managing two sets of tenants. They were amazing at finding great tenants, but also in managing issues quickly whenever they occurred. I've now sold the property, however would be keen to use them again and will be using them as a benchmark should I let in a different location in the future.
