   Very slow , always have to phone up at least 3 times a week to see if medication is ready and when I go in to collect when Iv had a text I still have to wait for them to get it ready so it’s not ready

   I cannot praise this pharmacy highly enough. I have a lot of medications and the staff have always been friendly and incredibly helpful with any queries I may have. They constantly go above and beyond to provide THE very best service. They are an amazing advert for Boots, brilliant ambassadors for the company. Thank you for all of your help and understanding, it's so very appreciated xxx

   The pharmacist at this Boots is an incredibly rude and condescending lady who treats patrons with no respect nor dignity. She eavesdrops on sensitive conversations you may be trying to have with the person serving on the till, before proceding to shout her unsolicited opinions out down from the raised medication dispensary area for all in the shop to hear, irrespective of any considerations for confidentiality! I have never left a one star review before, & have no issue with other staff or anything else regarding this branch, but feel compelled to leave such a negative review based upon my interations with her alone. My first encounter with this woman, I presented my card to pay contactless for my purchase when she exclaimed loudly 'your hands are shaking'. Nothing else. And a completely needless observation to verbalise at full volume, especially as it was not posed in the context as to if I was OK/ were my hands shaking due to some ailment? To me, whilst not having the steady hands of a brain surgeon, my hands did not appear to be shaking at all, & being in my early 30's & generally fit & healthy, the only reason I could fathom as to why she felt she needed to bring this to my (& everyone else in the shops) attention was perhaps it was alcoholic withdrawal (although I do not drink). It just seemed to me to be a completely needless, personal observation/ attack on me personally, and since this incident her customer service skills have only consistently declined to the point I will no longer visit this branch in the future, preferring to travel some way further for the luxury of not being insulted/ embarassed at the hands of this woman. My fiance, not knowing of the issues I have previously had with this woman, has today come back from this pharmacy with the same complaints that I have long been aware of but had not informed my fiance about. It seems this woman is on a one woman campaign to alienate as many customers as possible!!

   Has to be one of the smallest Boots I've ever been in. To be fair it's really just a Boots Pharmacy with a very limited range of the type of goods that you'd normally associate with their larger stores. Don't bother driving here as parking outside is a nightmare at most times of the day, and the pub opposite now charge.
