I just took delivery of an order I made, via JustEat, and I found £18.35 worth of goods on that order missing and I was charged for all of them, I tried to ring Coop Mossley store but when I told them they just hung up. I tried several ties to ring them, but they won't pick up.. This was my first order woth Coop Mossley Hill, and rest assured, it will be my last. JustEat says I have to proved photographic evidence of the missing articles - excuse me, I'm 77 years old, been ill for 3 days (which is why I made the order) and haven't got the expertise to send photos online. SDo I've learnt my esson - COOP MOSSLEY HILL ARE CHEATERS AND ROBBERS and I will stick with Iceland and Tesco from now on, rest assured. COOP YOU OWE ME £18.35 Think it's time to see my solicitor.
Very expensive . Indian ready meals at time of writing £3.95 in Aldi same meal £2.49. Chocolate Cadbury’s and galaxy more expensive than anywhere else . Prices rises go up very often . Shop around if you want a better deal .
I've used this shop a few times before (usually only for basics, like milk and bread), and it's pretty decent. There's a decent variety of products for a convenience shop, and it's typically neat and tidy. It's a tad expensive for some products, but the reduced product prices typically would make up for it.
Manageress on duty had a disgraceful attitude. It says on outside of shop 'PAY POINT', but when I tried to exchange a DWP voucher on my phone that DWP had sent me, the shop assistant said he didn't have cash for it. It was for £75, but I said I was going to spend at least £30 in there. I asked for the Manager on duty, who came, and said the same. I WILL NOT be shopping there again. And I suggest anyone who reads this avoids this particular Co-op shop as it really wasn't a positive experience.
It used to be a lovely shop but it all went downhill the last couple of years, members of staff couldn`t care less and are quite rude especially the dark haired chubby lad working there.
Just been to Booker avenue very rude man who refused to serve me because I had a dog been coming in with my dog since the shop opened & have never been refused at the till ,if this the case you will lose a lot of customers, attitude wos no dog's should be allowed in this case please have a sign saying no dog's want be shopping in there any more
As always the delivery is a let down. They charge you more than your order encase they don't have the thing you want and need to send you something more expensive that you don't want. You don't know if what you want is in stock until you have paid and its out for delivery. If you want to cancel you have to try and call a call center and jump through hoops. Just not worth the hassle
I have just been to the Co-op and had a very annoying experience - one which has been repeated on several occasions. At least two adult customers were not wearing face masks and people were pushing too close waiting for the till. I mentioned the face mask issue to the assistant and she said they were not allowed to challenge customers. This I know to be USDAW advice. I told her that I'd heard an in-store announcement in the past reminding people of their legal obligations. She told me that was on Co-op radio and outside their control. What has happened to the community-minded Co-op? Are we happy for customers to suit themselves and put others at risk?
