(This place no longer open) love this boots chemist the staff are very professional and are always there to help.the shop bit is not has stocked as it use to be but That's down to the shoplifting in the area and the boots company letting this shop down they seem to be on their own in combating this problem shame on the boots bosses
Great store and great service the staff are amazing it's just a shame it's closing down soon. I hope Boot's rethink and keep it open.
Staff behind counter are so thick on prescriptions . I think they need some strong medication there selves. They look and talk to you as thow you are a fekin martion. We are not all as thick as you lot. Sad state of affairs ...0
My local Pharmacy for 30 years always been a brilliant service and great staff.
Why are you always closed when you’re supposed to be open? Shut at 12pm on a Wednesday afternoon, closed at 3pm Monday. Is this a part time store?

Worse service within any boots within Birmingham, especially the woman who is on the NO7 counter. She ignores customers (not just me) standing gossiping to other staff, whilst ignoring waiting customers. Didn't offer to order the product, that wasn't in stock. I'll avoid her & this store.
