Online price of an item was lower than instore. Told instore customer service who said store manager had decided not to honour online price. Rang head office and they promised to email me a voucher for the overcharge. Voucher never arrived. I now shop at Aldi.

Young girl, with glasses working on the clothes section Sunday 19th October, she was walking round like a lost puppy, i know she is not knew as this is my local asda and I see her frequently. When I asked her a question she initially ignored me, then proceeded to not know the answer when i know she has been working there for around a year as i see her often when i come in. This is a disgrace and something needs doing about this as why is ASDA allowing their staff to not work but still get paid. I often think that she comes across as rude and that she does not have the time of day for me (this is your job hun!!!), if i could i would give her a minus star review. I don't want to generalize about young people and jobs but this girl does fit into the stereotype of the younger generation doesn't know how to work. ASDA change this.

This Asda has gone down hill ( very poor management) Freezers are always broke and water leaking on the floor , freezers and foods not frozen . I bought my family’s favourite lolly ice ice cream . By the time I drove home they had melted . Drove back and waited for the manger , she then informed me they had been taken off the shelf ! This was a Lie ! I explained to her I have just bought them !. I have taken a photo and if I could put it up here I would . I’m afraid now I will never shop Asda Walton again .It used to be a lovely Asda BUT no more

Every Friday I come here to get a pizza for the family and everytime I come there’s one member of staff! The queue is long and today it took me 34 minutes just to order my pizza!! Asda have also closed this area to put in screens to order and yet they have bin bags over!! They spread more money on fancy and none on staff!! If you get more staff then things would be less stressful for the staff who have a queue of about 16 people

Always well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff. Always a decent number of manned tills on. Easy access car park with plenty of disabled bays and a petrol station too. As one of the bigger Asda stores, the variety of products is great and there's a pharmacy, bakery, deli counter and rotisserie, good size george department and never a massive queue at the checkouts. The only thing to watch out for is the date codes on products. Most are short date so if you're not on the ball, you'll end up binning stuff. Watch out for wet shelves in the bakery section. They sometimes pack things too hot so the shelf life is affected by that as well. E. G - bought fresh rolls on the 17th and didn't notice they were dated 17th. Pack was wet and shelf was wet when we picked them up so when we came to use on the 19th, they were already mouldy. Not good practice.

Was at the manned till today only to be told by the lovey checkout girl that 5 new self tills are replacing the normal tills. That's putting 5 Asda girls on the dole. Also while I was in the Que at the manned till a member of staff was coming over from the self checkouts and kind of bullying old ladies to use the self checkout Not even giving them an option and very intimidating A big banner or campaign needs to be displayed outside this Asda to encourage the public to use the normal tills NOT THE SELF CHECKOUT TILLS Hi, it was Friday afternoon 3rd March bout 1pm to 2pm.Staff member working on the self tills, tinted glasses a bit bonny & looked a bit like Olive from On the Buses. She was going over to the manned tills and getting customers to use the self tills. She came over to an old lady in front of me at the manned till and said you using card?No hello or anything, and made the poor old lady walk over to the self tills and she clearly didn't want to use those self tills. So why are you introducing 5 more self tills, staff at the manned tills were chatting and clearly don't want these tills. Have you done any surveys with customers or staff to see what their views are???

I approached the only two manned checkouts and at each of them was told closed now "hun!"! So, reluctantly went to the self checkouts. I find these very difficult to use as i struggle with dyslexia. After queuing for a few minutes it was my turn, I started to use the screen when a male staff member walks up and removes my bag from the bagging area and tells me "I'm gonna do something with this one so use another"! He was not pleasant, polite, or apologetic and didn't so much as look at me while he spoke. Also when I asked for my blue light card to be verified the same staff member added a carrier bag onto my bill but I had infact used my own. Won't be going back.

I find it comical that people complain about the dire service in that store. Sone representative from the store comes on and apologised for the service not being up to standard. I think they will find given the number of complaints that poor service is the usual standard. I have never seen a staff anywhere so disinterested

Met the love of my life here . Love the reduced section filled with absolute bargains. Good range of food only thing I can say is that they never have king prawns in stock

One of the only Asdas in Liverpool 24 hours and just like that you’re no longer a 24 hour asda? I’m a night worker and can only do my shop early hours of the mornings. Absolutely disgraceful lived round here 22 years and it’s always been 24 hours!
