    From start to finish, Hunters Chapeltown, and in particular Kim and Jo, made the process of selling our property as smooth as it could be. They were professional, approachable, efficient and always there when we had questions to be answered. Kim was our main point of contact throughout the process, and she proved to be an absolute rock. She calmly sorted out any difficulties on our behalf, and we would say she is a great asset to Hunters. This was our first experience of selling a property, and we were so pleased we chose Hunters Chapeltown as our estate agent, and can't recommend them highly enough.

    Cannot recommend Hunters enough!     I have been reading the 5 star reviews for Hunters at Chapeltown what more can I add... From meeting Kim,Jo and the rest of the team at Chapeltown branch I instantly felt that Hunters were the ones to sell our property and also finding us our new forever bungalow . Kim reassured me and gave me the confidence that Hunters were the ones to use. You immediately feel that they are on this journey with you so professionally, attentive and friendly. All correspondence Kim and Jo dealt with directly, calls and emails with any questions dealt with in a professional and timely manner.     I am absolutely disgusted in Hunters of Chapeltown. Myself and my partner arranged a viewing at Greenwood Road and Hannah O'Neill let us down good style and didn't turn up. We both left work early and Hannah didn't turn up. Not only this she didn't have the courtesy to ring us. She lied about us not turning up when were 100% at the right address. Abysmal service and really poor courtesy to lie and not even call to say she couldn't make it.

    Called hunters Saturday to book a viewing for a house after looking desperately for 2 years. Spoke to the out of hours team (unaware at the time they were a separate body) who booked us in for a specific date at a specific time (Tuesday 20th September at 6pm) they stated they do viewings as late as 6pm. Organised childcare and on the day called the office to check our appointment, to be told by a less than polite employee that “I’ve checked the system and that booking doesn’t even exist we don’t even do viewings at 6pm”. Called again to query further to be told there are no more viewings available at all. Very unfair, given false information (or lied to some might say) and customer service less than standard.

    Who knew moving house could be so easy?? The team at Hunters in Chapeltown are superb! They made the process super easy and were extremely professional yet friendly throughout the whole process! From the first viewing with Laura who was welcoming and friendly to picking up our keys with Naomi who had looked after us from beginning to end (she was brilliant) nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend the ladies to anyone wanting to move or sell as they are experts at what they do. Fantastic service and we are so excited to continue the journey with them in our new home.     By far the best, the Hunters team have been amazing!! I had a few issues with move in dates but none of which were Hunters fault. The property needed some safety checks/work carried out and other delays were due to checks not coming through on time my end. I have to commend Naomi as she dealt with all the issues promptly and helped me through the entire process she most certainly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Hunters to everyone I meet. Superb service from start to finish.
