Doesn't deserve one star! Surely its against the law for deliveries to be happening when they are! Residents are getting fed up! Vans pulling up at 6.30am and unloading then cages and rubbish being picked up at 10/11pm . I wouldn't even mind the shop never has any stock in it.Always Cluttered full of pallets blocking shelves and access for customers. Ridiculous!
Store was clean and tidy, was able to get everything I went in for including my cornflakes. Staff are always friendly and always willing to help. Lively shopping experience
Went into childwall store, staff were absolutely fantastic! It looks like they have moved the store around giving it more space to move around. Looks great!

Why use yodel click and collect when the shop is closed or rejecting parcels. 3 times now and had re-order parcel agsin to then find out of stock, appalling
Never take parcels in and when they do they aren’t collected for over a week meaning that if you ship with Vinted your order is automatically cancelled and you don’t get the parcel back. Why would you offer a service if you aren’t going to do it properly.
Placed an order through uber eats. All items apart from 2 packs of nappies were delivered. Called the store and spoke to two lovely people who were extremely apologetic about the situation and were extremely helpful. Wil be using this store again ❤
Usually this place is devoid of life and happiness but today takes the proverbial biscuit. I was refused the chance to buy my standard prawn sandwich because the albino shop worker didn't want to move the cage for me. Next time I'll take my custom to the alleyway behind as it's about the same standard of food and service anyway
I've been here 4 times now to use the collect + service to return parcels...every time I've been refused..we can't take your parcel. Why offer the service when it can't be used. I won't be back again and wasting my time. I've seen others being turned away too..
