   I was rudely approached today by the store manager Jan whilst shopping with my 3 children and embarrassed in the middle of the shop for using my own bag instead of a basket. She confronted me with a basket and demanded that I used it and I explained that I was going straight to the till so there was no need to. ( I had forgot change for a trolley) I had noticed a couple of members of staff following and watching me but I thought I was being paranoid. I have no problem with using a basket, my problem was the way it was dealt with and her customer approach leaves a lot to be desired. It had been a manager watching me so it begs the question why he had to get the store manager to come and tell me I had to use a basket. I am a local and a regular customer and was made to feel ashamed and humiliated.

   Never had a problem with this store but the balloon service is poor. Would recommend the card factory instead. I just bought a balloon to be blown up and the lady asked me to come back as it will take a while. I came back 25 mins later and it was still behind the till not blown up. Not the best customer service

   "Absolutely great"!! Great parking, very easy access, (especially disabled, elderly etc)!! Well controlled social distancing, screens, cleaning etc.... Store is just as you would expect, But, loads of bargains, everyday household "stuff" and groceries, toys, deodorants, womens stuff, mens stuff, etc.....much, much cheaper than the main superstores, loads of "star" items which are real bargains!!! Check it out before going to a superstore!! "Highly Recommended"!!

   Great shop for local area.. can get busy most times due to staff shortage so be ready to que if busy otherwise great store free parking and close to other amenities

   Always lots of choice in stock and good variety & staff friendly. Aisles are not very wide so can get packed in a bit especially when there's extra stock about on the floor.
