   Saw Wicked for good this afternoon in the newly refurbished screen 3. Bought a luxery seat, great treat to recline with feet up. However, it was freezing cold! I sat with coat done up, hood on, and gloves.

   Very deeply upsetting experience., My wife went to the toilet while I was waiting outside for her, a male staff member was about to enter the restroom until I said my wife is in there if he would be able to wait a couple of minutes. He replied that its is job and went in without knocking or asking if its ok. My wife heard us talking and was left shaken and upset in regards to this when she left the toilet. He could have waited 2 minutes and didn't seem that interest in my concerns. We left and my wife was that shaken I asked her if she would want me to make a complaint and to this I did. She couldn't even enter the barrier to the cinema she was that upset and scared. After speaking with the manager I accepted his apology but this experience should have never happened. I know there are signs but common decency of waiting 2 minutes to allow her finish something thats very personally should have been respected. There was only 1 staff member and us making 3 and it wasn't busy, empty really. The staff member should go for additional training, and his behaviour during this should be looked into. Lost for words and still puzzled and upset with his response. Shameful. Who ever is reading this imagine if it was your wife or family member.

   I’ve been coming here for many years and decided to visit to see the new FNAF movie and was disappointed heavily. Constant talking, laughing, people on phones taking pictures and recording there wasn’t a single bit of the movie where someone was quiet which completely ruined the experience. No staff members came in once to check, or to give “warnings” or remove people for disrupting! When you’ve paid a good chunk of money to eat and watch you expect to watch it in peace, I will never be returning again and will be advising anyone I know the same. People sat behind me agree also.

   Excellent experience today. I had mistakenly booked for the day before and showed up only to find our seats filled. The member of staff manning the till was beyond helpful and booked us seats for the following day, which meant the world to our son. Perfect customer service, with a smile and lots of patience. She wasn't even flustered when she needed to refill the ticket machine part way through resolving our issue.

   Popped into this cinema situated in popular meadowhall near the main eating area my first visit i found it very fairly priced friendly helpful staff disabled friendly nice frontage to cinema its not the best one I have visited but found it comfortable and easy access everywhere definitely will come again when visiting meadowhall

   Decently priced tickets making it cheap enough to take a family of 4 without having to remortgage the house. They even do a reasonable priced snacks tray for the kids or alternatively, just nip to Poundland beforehand for drinks and bags of popcorn and sweets. Place is always clean and seats are comfortable enough, even for the longer films.

   Booked online son was swift getting in. But the VIP Reserved chairs weren't much difference to the average chairs. Old and squeaky and not much leg room, only extra space was the armchairs. Would be great if they were refurbished, given extra leg room, small table and better quality chair reclining.

   The cinema is OK. Got vip seats and to be honest you might as well go with normal seats, they aren't much if any better. The food is always over priced so didn't buy any. Did get a cup of tea, wouldn't again! The film was good. The experience of watching it at a cinema, or at least this one, was not that good. Lastly the toilets were disgusting.

   The online website was not working so we bought the ticket there itself and it was more expensive and most good seats were already booked by then. We usually sit at the front, but it is advised not to in this one since the screen is way too close. Mid-rows seem better. Nice experience but would still prefer going elsewhere next time.

   There's better cinemas in Sheffield. Tacky chairs and unclear small screen. It all feels old in need of modernisation. I strongly advise not to buy the saver seat tickets as you'll struggle to see the screen with any comfort, a real pain in the neck forcing you to literally look up. If you want decent seats I'd recommend The Light Cinema which offer a spacious area with very comfortable recliners. My stars go to the team members who are very efficient and friendly.
