   Best Polish shop in Liverpool! They offer a great selection of fresh products, delicious meats, and all the essentials from Polish cuisine. The store is always clean, well-organized, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I also want to highlight the lady working at the counter – she is extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. She often recommends great products and makes every visit feel pleasant and personal. I truly recommend this shop to anyone looking for authentic Polish food and excellent customer service!

   The woman who answered the phone greeted me in clear English. However, as soon as I began explaining what I was looking for, she responded—again in fluent English—by saying, “I don’t speak English, I don’t understand, I’m busy,” and immediately hung up the phone. This was not only unhelpful but also extremely unprofessional and rude! AVOID!

   Lovely and very helpful staff. I asked for some chocolates that I couldn't find in any order Polish shop and they ordered them for me, then told me when they supppose to be delivered and to just give them a call to see if they came. Just by that I know they care about their customers which is amazing. Definitely will be back!
