Truly awful rude service. Bought milk which was 4 days past its sell by date. Only realised when I opened it at my elderly Mum’s 20 miles away. Returned 2 hours later for a refund. Cashier refused and actually accused me of taking in an old milk bottle which was not from his store. Offered to show my bank statement and said he could check on CCTV but he asked the next customer to come forward. He then told me to leave and take the milk with me. Shocked beyond words and so were the other customers. Will never return.
